You have already made up your mind on whether my opinion is baseless or not and no amount of convincing you otherwise will change that. Suffice to say I played FO:T way back when it was first released and they way it handled the Brotherhood of Steel, the purpose of the Vaults, and the myriad of other aspects of the game's story did not mesh well with what was established in Fallout 1 and Fallout 2.

How is atheism confusing? I think it is quite straight forward. There is no Heaven to strive for, no Hell to fear, and the only existence you have is here and now. Once death occurs, oblivion, nothing, you simply cease to be.

Oh, that is simple. Game mechanics are sound and would be a good engine to use in an actual Fallout CRPG, with some tweaking. The problem it has, for being a poor Fallout game, is that it breaks canon on number of points and fails to keep it in the style of the Fallout setting.

I am backing up all my important files before installing. Then I am going to do a clean install, not a upgrade install.

FO:T is a good tactical squad based combat game, but a poor Fallout game.

I dislike God himself because he is a jerk. He makes three religions, with similar teachings but with enough differences that they will in the end try to kill each other. God has failed to take responsibility of the mess he made. With all the different factions, splits, and misinterpretations if God was a responsible deity he would come down and set his followers straight. Instead he has pretty much abandoned the Earth and willing to let the human race kill itself over stupid reasons. Again, just my lil' opinion of the bugger.

I'm curious, what exactly don't you get? I promise I won't go "Crusader" on you. By the way, it's "son of God", not "sun of God". One thing I do not get with Christianity, and one of the reasons I am against it, is that how can a "loving" God be willing to eternally torture a person, a soul, in Hell if they decide not to tow the line and fall in behind Jesus. Any god that uses torture as a means of motivation to worship him is not a "good" or "loving" god. That is just my lil' opinion on the bugger.

I don't own a full OS. I mean I got XP Home on my current computer but since it was a prebuilt I didn't have a disc. The only OS that I own on disc is Windows ME and well, that is buried somewhere in my closet. I figure the OS first because that is the backbone of the system. I need to get parts that works with the OS otherwise what would be the point?

What is the universe if not a god? Unfathomably large in scope, in power, and fully unknowable to a mortal's mind.

What does cross platform have to do with PC games? It doesn't improve graphics, does it? Make the game run faster? As for stability I have found DirectX to be just as stable as OpenGL. So far I don't see much advantage over OpenGL for the typical PC gamer.

Besides not being a part of Microsoft what does OpenGL have that is a advantage to games and gamers.

Dark Moth, one can adopt the values and morality of a religion without worshiping the god or gods found within it. Hinduism, being one of the world's older religions, far older than Christianity and Islam and their traditions, has many sects that profess different aspects in belief and practice with no single one of them being more or less right than the other. As for the immigration and low fertility, why does that matter? Human is human.

Well, I am buying my new PC in piecemeal and I am starting with the OS. So, I will be buying Windows Vista, may the Gods of Computing help me!
