@lokithecat: Oh, it happens on bigger resolutions too? I’ll change the title to reflect that. May also want to post a screenshot or two so that the devs can see how it looks for you. The main thing is that it’s not trying to stay within the screen and doesn’t flip to the other side if there’s room on the right.

Patch 1.0.2 Fixes
smjjames replied to SChin's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire Announcements & News
Nice. Also, I wonder how many of the crashes reported were connected to the memory leak because I had one after a long period of play, but it didn’t happen after restarting. On the making your own legacy, I thought maybe it would have a check by it when you’ve set it rather than disappearing since maybe you’d decide to go back and change something. -
Or a concession to someone or for something? That’s pretty much the only explaination that makes sense to me as far as that goes. I suppose that’d go in the ‘some other kind of agenda’ category.

Really? Why is that? Police service weapons are pistols, not rifles. The rifles used by SWAT are not owned by the officers. They are kept in the police armory when not in use. Ditto for military personnel. This is not the Confederate army. Military members do not provide their own weapons. And I can 1000% guarantee you they cannot take their weapon off base. In fact unless they on guard duty, training, or deployed they don't even have access to their weapons. So why the exemption? Maybe personal weapons separate from what they use professionally? Even without your explanation, it seems a little odd to do a blanket ban and then exempt military and police without any clear reason.

I’m not, was just wondering if that was the correct way to carry it. Maybe it’s just the most comfortable way for her. *shrug*

Saw that one on The Hill. Isn’t she wearing it rather low down though? I thought it was usually bandoliered on the back, not around the butt/hip.

Fuller article: https://www.vox.com/2018/5/15/17357928/north-korea-trump-summit-south-korea-cancel Kim has too much at stake to just up and cancel over something they regularly complain about.

Thanks for that, didn't realise. I'd still stand behind the original request though, I've seen it on plenty of other similar forums, I'm more surprised it isn't an option here than not tbf. I've not seen looked at these forums on the full screen skin in ages but I'm guessing it's a feature normally it's just missing off the mobile. You’re using the skin on mobile? Yeah, I really hate that one and just go to default. For some reason it stays on the black obsidian skin on iPad but on iPhone it always switches to the terrible mobile version.

Seems to be over something that happened last week when they usually respond right away. I wonder if Kim is trying to deal with some internal political pressures. Can be hard to tell from them sometimes.

The only way that seems to make sense is if they’re trying to pay off debt, though it seems like an impractical way of paying off debt, unless you’re using the stock market perhaps.

Except John Bolton apparently, and maybe the audience where he was speaking at. Anyways, while I can see spec-ops happening onshore in Iran or occupying islands used as military bases, a full on invasion or even a half measure would be a worse idea than Vietnam.

What are the answers needed to prevent Captain Tatzatl from killing Giacolo and ending up fighting the godlike pirates? I've tried what seem like the correct answers but nope. Unless there really is no good ending here and it's all a sadistic game on Captain Tatzatls part.

When I first heard of her name mentioned, it struck me as familiar somehow like I'd heard the name used before. I tried looking at the wiki and the only Radora mentioned in there is the Captain Radora in Deadfire, so, does anybody know for sure if a Radora appeared in PoE1? It could have been a different Radora, maybe it was a backer character, dunno.

Yeah, Iran is twice the size of Iraq, we're already spread thin as it is, and unlike Iraq, Iran has a military that is actually competent. I could see maybe occupying strategic places like the Strait of Hormuz, but a full on invasion? no. Also, I bet Bolton hasn't even considered the strategic/tactical reasons and goals for invasion or considered the post-invasion. He sounds a lot like Bush 43.

Iron Gut quest bug
smjjames replied to Telwath's question in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
nvm, I thought I hit the bug but didn't actually. -
I can't believe nobody has posted about this yet, or I can't find it. Anyways, my problem is that at 1280x720 resolution, the comparison popup goes off the screen. The first screenshot shows it at 80 something text scale. https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/927057751319916965/088E052E5D744C34DBB3A43999B06EFE7F2FFC53/ The second screenshot shows it at my preferred setting of 120. https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/927057751319917129/0188363DE7058F129EC0A93B28D6464E66926438/ It also happens in the inventory screen, except vertically. https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/927057751319936210/141762D8271889E3EB4223C10FB96FAD84FD0105/ In both cases I'm able to get around it via the compare function (or in the case of dual wield, I remove one item), though the screen is a bit crowded, heh. https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/927057751319949145/81E06B0998803EE64F543107B97DBF3B6E8AC828/ Also, not everything suffers from it horizontially, it's things like weapons that make the window go wide which are more prone to it.

Just had this same crash as well. Exact same steps as Chep said. There was also a crashlog generated, I think, but not sure where to find that. edit: zipping it didn't compress the save for some reason, so, I'm sending it raw through dropbox. Save is right before I get on the lift https://www.dropbox.com/s/dzmbdizileuc2jr/Toricar%20%28TheGullet%29%20%2879f92571-106f-483b-989f-c0862a6af047%29%20%28755991038%29.savegame?dl=0 Tried again and it worked the second time. This was also after playing for a really long time, so, maybe that had something to do with it.

I thought we were already out of Iraq? Actually, the Iraqi government said they didn't want us there anymore, so, aside from whatever support people there to help out with things, we don't have any combat troops in Iraq.

If they fixed the legacy problems before Tuesday, then they can work on other bugs, besides, they're not solely working on just the legacy issues. It does feel like a long time where we generally expect a quick hotfix response. Though really, if it's not critical (some people would argue it's critical), it's probably not going to get a fix release in 24-48 hours.

They could launch an attack but it would be deemed a failure as the actual nuclear labs are literally in these mountain valleys or hidden tunnels http://foreignpolicy.com/2015/03/03/that-secret-iranian-nuclear-facility-you-just-found-not-so-much/ PAYWALLED

@BruceVC: Isn't he still the Crown Prince? The actual king is still alive, but MBS is practically king in all but title by now. @g1fted: I wouldn't put it past some of the hardcore Iran hawks to not want to physically invade Iran. If a war does break out, it'll be primarily a naval and air war.
