There is always a guilt involved in suggesting these people are deep down quiet happy with getting the most of this for themselves. Because maybe they are sincerely threatened and scared. But it is those kinds of examples like the one I mentioned that makes them hard to take at their word and come of unsympathetic.

Some time ago everyone's favorite victim BW posted someone's tweet where they suggested gamers should be gassed at PAX (or was it GDC?). Ironically she misread that tweet and posted it as "another example of GG threats and harassment". When she noticed she just deleted the tweet without comment or apology. Apparently threats of mass murder are A-Ok and deserve no acknowledgment or condemnation when it doesn't suit their narrative.

This is confusing. If I'm quoting someone from outside or posting a screencap, will blurring out profanity or substituting for say <bleep> be considered "a workaraound"?

Because it's hard to come up with a motive without again indulging in conspiracy theories. Nemtsov's popularity was in low single digits, it's hard to imagine him being threatening in any way, and the government doesn't need this extra pr headache right now on top of everything.

He reportedly received multiple threats over his Charlie Hebdo position. And they found the car from which he was shot, it has Ingush number plates. Ingushetia is a Muslim republic in the Caucasus. The version of islamist attack is easily more believable and grounded than <insert your favorite FSB conspiracy theory>. The man himself and the particular clique of opposition personalities around him have a propensity for grandiose claims and outright bull****. All of the stuff he put out in recent years were based on compounding open source information and conjecture. Forgive me for being very skeptical about the existence of any 'unequivocal proof' that isn't freely available.

I'm still kind of confused about what this is. Was this only going to affect America or everyone?

The gunplay in Dying Light isn't the best. But I kind of like how tight the hitboxes seem. They won't give you a headshot if your aim is off unlike some games.

I did the exact same thing.

If you bring up the player menu or map there is a clock there which will tell you in-game time. After Jade's warning there is actually plenty of time to get to a safe zone and use the bed to skip night time. There are some missions that can only be completed at night. The only time the day/night cycle is scripted is during the beginning introductory missions until after the first successful airdrop run and maybe 1 or 2 story events. During all other missions, including main plot missions, it's up to you when to complete them.

Ah the Ubisoft towers. My only advice for DL towers is not to pick up pace trying to climb quickly. Take a pause to examine your next move.

Diet and exercise alone are no cure for obesity, experts say

I don't know... Just seems very exaggerated from personal experience. The fact that your body fights back is not new information. "Eating less" should in fact be managed carefully as the body will resist burning fat in starvation mode and in the long run the craving will win. But none of that is unmanageable with the right approach and just seems to justify people failing at discipline by exaggerating the hardship. -
I think that was clearly intended for coop purposes.

I'm describing one aspect of USSR life. And only suggesting that nothing is completely black or white. Was life better? For me and anyone in my family. No. Very much no. But for a great many people who have no basic stability and are struggling for basic living standards, yes it was.

Nothing. Road police had battons to regulate traffic. Normal police on the street while they I'm sure had guns somewhere they didn't carry them. Violent street crime was practically nonexistent. Women could leave their baby carts with the baby outside a shop's door and it would be safe because even if something happened the random passers by would take care of it. It is unthinkable today but it was real. This was of course a small town, bigger cities were a little more hectic but only slightly.

In the town where I was born in USSR the police didn't even have guns.
