Well you weren't forced to join the army. Who said it was for free? I got paid. And you could choose what you wanted to do. Plenty of options and you could apply for lots of stuff as I said. Actually the people who did "forced" military service would not get send into war unless absolutely necessary (never happened so far). It was just a training and afterwards you could go straight to reserve if you wished to. You could also opt for becoming a "professional" soldier but that was totally up to you. As I said the main idea was to have a cross section of the whole society in the military and not only people who feel drawn to military service. This makes it a lot harder for the whole army to drift to the far left or far right and prevents extremism of all sorts. That sounds like a very naive statement.

You were not forced to do military service. You could do something else. Only important thing is that you spend one year working for your country or your fellow citizens. If you were sick or not fit to serve in the military you didn't have to do anything. Same if you were the third son (and the other two already served). What about community service? Being forces to work or face jail time? Slavery? What about compulsory education? We have it in Germany and many other european countries. Is that slavery? I mean you force the kids to go to school. What about being forced to pay taxes? Slavery? Or is that all already SJW Nazism?

In a new playthrough: it seems so. But that doesn't mean that it will not occur again.

That's because I was testing Rekvu's Fractured Casque on a Warlock some time ago and didn't want to nuke myself with Necrotic Lances all the time.

Do you mean me? I draw them as vector graphics. You can scale them to any size without quality loss. I send them to Phenomenum as high res PNGs then since that's easier for him to work with than with vectors graphics. I don't know how Phenomenum transforms them to 42x42 pixels. I can always deliver the source SVG files if needed. I think the details of stuff like Tumbling and Dirty Fighting look ok on the screenshot by the way. Somebody gave the Dirty FIghter pants. I prefer the naked or spandex look. Not because I'm a nudist but because the cleaner lines scale better to smaller pixel sizes. Makes it more clear. EDIT: just installed he mod and generally speaking: the stuff looks great. No comparison to the bland icons that we had before. Some tweaking is needed but my first ingame impression is super positive.

Tomorrow I will be flying to Sicily with my family (Easter vacation). So you won't see new icons from me for a whole week - I promise.

I also saw the ingame preview now - and at least on the screenshot the icons look pretty awesome compared to the original stuff. I didn't think they would scale down so well.

Exact centerinf is difficult if the picture has an even number of width and/or height (42x42). Doesn't matter too much to me if it's perfectly centered. Nobody will notice and mist icons are not symmetrical anyways.

No, that was thelee. I had problems with afflictions not getting removed by fitting inspirations. But when I start a fresh playthrough I can't reproduce it either.

Since it's very easy to give yourself injuries via console I presume something like Blessing of the Dawnstars should be equally easy to apply. You just have to find the name. You can do that with the find<whatever> commands.

If you give yourself items with the console anyway: why not use the console to reapply the resting buffs?

Maybe they are using a more recent game build. But when I do testing stuff with the console I also have troubles reproducing it. It seems you have to meet special circumstances in order for it to occur.

Just to be sure: you don't have the pet "Grog" equipped, have you? OP didn't and I assume you also don't use it, but I guess it doesn't hurt to ask...

They cannot reproduce it. At least that was the last thing I heard. Maybe it "accidentally" got fixed while doing other stuff.

They have trouble reproducing the bug on their end. But it seems they are waiting for this to get fix before releasing the patch. I see a lot of complaints about this bug. But when I asked around for savegames, screenshots, videos or other hints how to reproduce it I didn't get a lot of feedback.
