  1. Well, the month has only 20 days There's also the desk where the gloves could be found on the 4th of the month...
  2. When you interrupt a foe you increase their recovery time with the amount given by your weapon. Grazes, hits, crits interrupt all the same and the length isn't affected by anything.
  3. There are also +4 RES gloves from the bleakwalkers in the mill of Dyrford Village... What about a +4 CON item?
  4. Maybe you did something wrong... Did you activate cheats first (iroll20s) ? You sound like you know what you're talking about Can you confirm if either / both of the Gloves of Manipulation (+2 Mechanics, +1 Dex) and / or the Talisman of the Unconquerable (+2 Int while end >= 50%, 1.25 focus gained while end >= 50%) is available for puchase from these merchants? It would save a lot of save scumming random loot drops in Raederic's Keep if I know I'll be able to pick them up later. Cheers. The talisman I'm pretty sure can be found as fixed loot in WM1... The gloves however are still random as far as I know...
  5. Yes, once your interrupt becomes equal to their concentration you have 100% chance to interrupt. The disadvantage with the debuffs is they can be resisted and some monsters can even be immune to them.
  6. I tried Vent Pick to see how the Flame of Devotion proc works and I was pretty disappointed - it almost never procs and when it did the damage was laughable - like a regular lash but against full armor... Has anyone had different experiences with it?
  7. You interrupt if your interruption+roll(100)> enemies concentration. Concentration has a base of 75, while for interruption is 0. If your perception is equal to their resolve you have 25% chance to interrupt them. PS. Found the Mantle of the Excavator which gives +4perception. - that means up to 43per and with the Threatening Presence you can have 100% interruption chance passively vs up to 24 Resolve
  8. Right now it's possible to make a character that perma interrupts anything with less than 22 resolve. (and more if you can debuff them) You can have up to 42 perception: orlan (20), White that wends (1), Lilith's Shawl (3), Champion's Boon(10), resting (3), whore (2), Song of Heavens (1), Hylea's Boon (1), Effigy Sagani (1). With Interrupting Blows you can have up to 111 interrupt, while the highest concentration in the game is, I believe, 123. Next, you have to attack fast enough (ie less than your interrupting time). This can be achieved reducing first your attack recovery to 0% using dual wielding durgan enchanted Vile Loner, Gauntlets of Swiftness, Two Weapon Style and Frenzy, while wearing something with 0% recovery (cloth or durgan enchanted robes). 21 dex should be enough to lower your swing speed under 1s. The last step is to make sure you hit with every attack... With your perception and the new bonuses from survival you shouldn't have difficulties hiting any enemy. PS. I don't know if grazes halve the interrupting time - if that's the case you might need to add a paladin to assist you and increase your accuracy until you eliminate all the grazes... PS2. Mosquito isn't better because in the end it requires the same dex as the other weapons if you want to go under .75s attack swing.
  9. Day nine is just the number of days passes since the beginning. Then follows the hour (up to 26), then the day of the month (up to 20) and finally the year. In your case is 5 Fronimir. There are a few quests which should be done before others when the npc involved are affected by the events in game, but it's not related to time. You also have some quests/encounters which can be done only at specific moments of the day...
  10. A few of them were buffed indeed... The Stag Helm, Hermit's Cap, Fenwalkers, Fulvano's Gloves, Orlan's Bramble Ring, Tempered Helm and some armors with defenses against afflictions...
  11. Not sure, but I think you won't receive the real if you steal the fake one first...
  12. This is the quest where you have to steal the bottle of wine... If you finish The White Forge first then the bartender will give you the real bottle of Fennlan Liquor as a reward and you can share it with Reyfald... I thought it was a nice twist...
  13. After 2.0 the loot was changed in ch.1 areas but there's a post where you can find an updated list and also some new spots from WM1. Not sure if they changed everything again in 3.0 but the items are still generated based on the day of the month. Most of the important random items are found however in WM1 as fixed loot or sold by the merchants. The only important item I wasn't able to find was the Cloak of Protection.
  14. I think they added more ingots even in the old areas... I found 2 ingots in Longwatch Falls and I was able to pick also one in the dragon's cave before the fight (there should be another one once you kill him...)
  15. Why not? Hypothetically: Superb Weapon 16-23 damage Bash 3 13-18 damage I could do 16-23 / recovery / 16-23 / recovery with the sword OR I could do 16-23 / recovery / 13-18 / recovery with the shield. The former has a higher DPS. Two Weapon Fighting still doesn't work with Bash (I tested it yesterday) so reaching 0 recovery with sword and bash shield isn't any easier than reaching it with a single weapon or 2-hander. Your mistake to is to consider the recovery being the same... Here's how it works with 100% recovery (R=right hand, L=left hand, B=bash, -=recovery): R--R--R--R--R.... (single weapon) R--B-R--B-R--B.... (weapon&bash) R-L-R-L-R-L... (two weapons) Without many enchantments or speed, Bash actually increases your DPS (at the beginning of the game the Larder Door is good). Even with a superb weapon the things are pretty even as long as the recovery is greater than 100%. Bash starts losing ground (like dual wield) when you start attacking really fast...
  16. I haven't played PX2 yet, but if I had to take a wild guess @Francis - Yes, it is. "Bash" doesn't deal great damage, and when you equip a shield with that property you have weapon attack / recovery / bash / recovery instead of weapon attack / recovery / weapon attack / recovery. Weapon attacks deal more damage than bash, so your overall DPS is lower with bash shields. That said, the soulbound shield has pretty kick-ass abilities so I guess we can forgive it its bashing habits Bash is like attacking with an unenchanted weapon in your left hand... If you do the math you'll see you don't lose dps... Also the soulbound shield has Bash3 (higher base damage than 1h weapons) and it procs, which means your damage will be close to dual wielding.
