  1. For a minute there, i shat my pants. I gave up on trying to upgrade this sword. Really takes forever, unless you bind it to a 1h rogue or something. why is that? One of the levels require to finish 10 enemies with a critical hit... If you're evil it's very easy to do - you just kill a bunch of villagers with it... For other classes it might take some planning (find some weak enemies, debuff their deflection and kill them...) Yeah I thought about that, but decided against it for roleplaying reasons. Plus, my paladin, who is the only one using a 1h (other than cipher and wizard for weapon switch) has pretty low accuracy with it, plus he's a freaking tank, so he doesn't kill with autoattacks, yet alone with crits that often, even against petrified. Back to Sheathed in Autumn. Well, you can always respec for high accuracy... max perception, weapon focus, sworn enemy, use flames flames of devotion as finishing blow, warpaint, resting accuracy bonuses vs monsters lv3 (respec for max survival), potion of merciless gaze, bloody slaughter talent, perception items, buffs, resting, whore... If you pick beasts you have the cloak with +5 acc vs beasts...

  3. They stack? Wow. Prone your tank with these and cast Defensive Mindweb and your party is invulnerable. Shields are considered weapons and the bonuses on them stack with the rest.
  4. Each time the weapon procs Divine Mark it hits me too. Here's a link with my savegame https://www.dropbox.com/s/hzr2vexiyhe0xpm/e6d2af81-036e-4238-9704-920af71db5f4%20quicksave.savegame?dl=0
  5. For paladin/chanter it works well because they can deal damage at the same time
  6. The breastplate binds only to monk, paladin and chanter. Vs dragons is nice because you're hit continously by their aura and you can have +20 all defenses for free... Some old items were upgraded - Hermit's Cap gives now +1Mig, +2Int and Immunity to Confuse ! There's also a ring which makes you immune to stuck... Ring of Thorns, Little Savior and a few other items give now +50 defense while stunned/prone - which means you can have +100 defense while stunned/prone. Fenwalkers are another must have now (+20 defense vs stuck/paralysis/hobbled and -3s duration of stuck/paralysis/hobbled) The Cloak of Comfort and Frythr's Plated Greaves are 2 new items giving an useless +3 Armor which gets suppressed by your armor enchantment... All items can be enchanted now up to 14 which opens some new possibilities....
  7. The Unlabored Blade (dagger) Accurate:+5Acc Speed: +20% Attack Speed Spellchance: 10% chance to cast Firebug on hit/crit (40-50 Burn dmg which can jump 8x) Spellbind: 50% chance to cast Healing Chain on hit/crit (50 end heal jumps to Allies 5x) - 2x/rest Major Spellbind: Dimensional Shift (Switch place with an ally and stun for 5s enemies caught in between) - 1x/rest Mythic: +18Acc, +65%dmg There's also the sword Steadfast (superb, +5Will/+1Res, makes immune to Frightened/Terrified and has 15% chance to cast Sunlance on hit/crit), the war hammer Abydon's Hammer (legendary, +4Mig, Destroys Eyless on crit, +10Acc, +50%dmg vs Eyless, grants Ring of the Ancient Forge (10s AoE stun) 1/encounter, grants Abydon's Labor (45-60 crush dmg vs target) 1/encounter) The soulbound breastplate is nice too - Ryona's Breastplate (superb, +3INT, grants Litany Against Minor Afflictions 1/encounter, grants Triumph of the Crusaders when end under 50% 1/encounter, 15% chance to cast Vigurous Defense when hit/crit, grants Triggered Immunity 1/encounter)
  8. I think the soulbound dagger is a joke... Each upgrade makes it worse... Maybe the last upgrade will make it very powerful but I doubt it... PS. Finished the upgrades and it's well worth the effort...
  9. Managed to get St.Ydwen Redeemer fully upgraded at lv8 using the Ring of Wonder for the last step. Heritage Hill was a walk in a park with it. Unfortunatelly the constructs from Galvino's house are at least lv9 and thus I'll have to wait at least one more level to get Garodh's Chorus. PS. People who run out of plants like me during chapter 2 can spawn the right ones in their chest at Caed Nua. The items you get every turn are fixed the moment you enter the keep and they change every hour. Thus it's possible to save at the entrance and enter the keep at different moments until you get what you need...
  10. Description's inaccurate, but still a badass item. Probably the next best cloak for tanks.
  11. Maybe they'll introduce also some new plate armor models to match Garodh's Chorus. (Death Guard armor looks really nice - too bad they didn't use it for players armors) PS. Also it wold be nice if they could use helmets models to match the ones from the portraits...
  12. Here's the battle against Darzir and his ogres at lv7 with no resting (the ogres chanters were the most dangerous because of their spells and high ACC). Picking the right items/potions can make some hard fights look really easy (Spellward Amulet works this time). https://youtu.be/NlqUtYVvDlg PS. Changed the video - this time I show my equipement and I finish also the encounter...
  13. +15 to all defenses/accuracy is like fighting enemies 5 levels higher than normal.
  14. Yes, it's called EternityKeeper, however it allows just to modify the stats of your character, not your items/inventory...
  15. While dual wielding barbs work, not using The Grey Sleeper as a barb is like having a ranger and not giving him Stormcaller...
  16. I uploaded my fight with Raedric at lv5 in my new optimized solo run in preparation for WM2. If people are interested by other tough solo battles I also have the fights with the boars, the bandits, the lurkers, the skulders (with the 2 kings), Caed Nua entrance, Maerwald... I will try to go to WM as soon as possible and see if I can pass the ogres. https://youtu.be/5K0kDxZpRsw PS. I picked Lay on Hands because I didn't want to spend money on healing potions, however now I believe Flames of Devotion would have been a better choice because it allows one shots vs ghosts, shadows, etc. which is very good at low levels... I forgot to record the one with the bears, but it becomes rather easy with a potion of Wizard's Double if you're well equiped.
  17. There's np precondition here, but your reputation changes instantly to Cruel 1 if you were neutral before. (nice if you want to do the Effigy's later without effort)
  18. The aumaua is strong but it has the same problem as the orlan - they're really ugly
  19. In your case you would have 150% dmg vs .75DR (3 lashes) instead of .25DR. The damage will still be great but vs foes with high fire DR you feel the difference.
  20. They stack, but I'm not sure they're added. If I remember well each lash is treated separately vs DR/4 and the resulted damages are added.
