The Engine has run out of memory when its running everything else, weather effects excetera. That is one reason why it needs an over-haul... perhaps use the new Bioware RPG one?

As it is stated above Volourn the correlation between system spec's, what your running the game at (bear in mind im not referring to resolution) and Frame Rate drops is 99% to 1
