  1. Uhm... KotOR2 was their creation, and moreso their coding than the forums. A lot moreso. Plus someone had to pay money in order for you to play KotOR2, which is why there is an expectation of quality. These forums are neither the focus of the company nor a requirement for them to maintain. All that said, they do maintain the forums and keep them relatively bug free. The fact that it took anyone a year + to mention a bug that has been around since the forums were created illustrates just how trivial the bug is. I'm sure Obsidian will do something about it, at some point, but you have to keep your priorities in order, and these forums are bottom rung.
  2. I'd rather see Obsidian commit themselves to finishing things rather than leave them half-done... If I have to do it myself I volunteer for the job. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That'd apply if these forums were Obsidian's creation and coding. It isn't.
  3. I'd rather see Obsidian dedicate their time to making great games than fixing trivial errors in forum code, myself.
  4. Thats the problem, very few people HAVE seen the show. Matter of fact, one of the stars of the show went by the FOX gift shop to purchase a season 2 DVD set and the vendor at the shop asked to see his FOX ID to get the employee discount. He laughed and pointed at his face on the box to convince her... they both must've felt really lame.
  5. Arrested Development is a terrific show. There are only 4 shows that I watch faithfully. Rome, Scrubs, My Name is Earl and Arrested Development.
  6. Getting back to the original topic, I'm not sure who you're trying to prove this to. Us? Yourself? People form opinions of other people. Remember that people have formed their opinion based on YOUR actions, and no one elses; so be proud of it or apologize for it. With all that aside, Shadowstrider thinks you're a jerk. Str8 ^.
  7. I believe these bugs have all been fixed in the latest versions of the forum software. However, updating may cause damage to any modifications Obsidian may have made.
  8. Not abandoned, the problem is we need 10 people in total too start. Which makes people only play on servers that have already started.
  9. # of PoR2 fans = 0. # of PS:T fans > 1. Therefore; PS:T > PoR2.
  10. *Is not a complete stranger, and partook in the owning.* I particularly enjoyed C4'ing the tanks when people got in.
  11. Thats what I say, but meh. I get both of them a lot.
  12. Only picture of myself on the hard drive won't work, I think its because I'm doing a thumbs up and covering a good portion of my face. Some people tell me I look like Sean Connery, and I also get Roger Moore... I guess they're saying I look like James Bond. I don't really see it, but I get it quite often.
  13. BAH! Missed it when I was playing Source, as well.
  14. I'll hop on at 6.30pm Pacific Coast time and just hang out there until a point if/when something happens. If I go AFK feel free to kick me to make room for another.
  15. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> 1) That doesn't prevent people from logging on at other times. 2) Your mother. 3) There was no one on Wednesday, at any time (that I saw). Hell, I logged on and ran around alone hoping to draw others.
  16. Why is the server always empty? Damn you noobs, log in.
  17. Not here, you wouldn't.
  18. I look forward to calzowning you all.
  19. 90-100% = A = Great game 80-90% = B = Good game 70-80% = C = Average game 50-60% = D = Below average, but somewhat enjoyable game 0-50% = E = Crap Just like most schools grade. If you go by that, you'll see through the fluff of review ratings. All that aside, you should just read what they say and ignore their inane number ratings.
  20. Its not just "young yankees" who make racial remarks, thinking so is stereotypical and naive. At any rate, the only "racial" remark I ever use is "Are you a Mex-i-can't or a Mex-i-can?" Mostly saying it during Battlefield or other PvP situations when someone on my team says they can't do something. To me, this article makes a mountain out of a mole hill. Yes, you hear racist remarks in online gaming, but if anyone is taken by surprise they're really short-sighted. Giving someone an anonymous platform to spout off on will inevitably lead to the "hidden racists" coming out.
  21. I hate the layout of those notes, those don't seem so much like notes, as they do the entire lecture.
  22. If you're looking at WoW, but don't want the monthly fee Guildwars is made for you.
  23. Not as good as the fat kid. Mostly because this one seems rehearsed, and the kid in the background is playing a game and doesn't seem to care that his roomates/friends are lip-syncing an boy band song.
