  1. Gods. Those formed 'pork rib' things. Can't remember the last time I even saw one. Not sure that's food 'done better'. Just 'larger and more greasy'.
  2. I'm sure there is a shy, retiring way to get shot in the head and bravely stand back up to face your attackers. The quieter you get the more dramatic it becomes.
  3. Reminds me of the first time I laughed at a humorous simultaneous linear equation. Seriously. I never thought I could be both proud and ashamed all at once.
  4. Meshugger makes a good point. But I really don't see why a governmental body _doing precisely what they are funded to do_ should receive the prize. If they'd been some regular army and voluntarily surrendered weapons, that might be notable.
  5. Yeah. Gotta love those Stazi, Oby. Gotta love those Stazi.
  6. She is threathing the order of things in the region, which makes her a target, despite her age. Godspeed though. The Taliban are the ones threatening the order of the region. Her whole argument is that things have gone terrible since they entered her region a few years ago. What Malcador said. She's not threatening the order. She's threatening the disorder. You can't (well, you can, obviously) just abandon a small girl who has the guts to stand up. Although it seems the Nobel committee can.
  7. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-24490925 The Nobel Prize committee has snubbed Malala Yousafzai in favour of awarding the Peace Prize to the professional organisation that is _paid_ to carrying out weapons inspections. Well done, Nobel Comittee. I'm sure the government funded organisation needs that money more than the child who got shot in the goddamned head. Not to mention I'm sure her contribution counts for less. This isn't even funny. EDIT:
  8. Living man "legally dead" http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-24486718 If he's legally dead, would it be possible to prosecute someone for shooting him?
  9. It's about ****ing time. I'm sick to death of the Godfather bull****. We need more sleazy paranoid halfwit mobsters on TV.
  10. If you're an adult of any description, and you're threatened by something a 15 year old kid says to the extent where you have to ambush and shoot them, then you really need to do a bit more growing up.
  11. (Revelation 8:10–11, New Revised Standard Version )
  12. There are truly very few things in life better than a medium rare rump, you just need some salt and you are good to go. As m'colleague has just obliquely pointed out, you might also be turning into a South African.
  13. Quiet, you.
  14. Just discovered that one of my top ten voice actresses is drop dead gorgeous. For the record this is the kind of woman my brain melts for irl. Perdita Weeks.
  15. Only someone who had absolutely **** all connection to the Russia could be as tubthumpingly ignorant as you pretend to be about Russia's recent military experiences. The majority of my life I've been (ostensibly) opposed to the Russian military, but your comments are a god damned disgrace to every poor ***ing terrified conscript and every gung-ho spetsnaz nutloop alike. "No fear of death"? It's a fantasy held solely by those who don't know what it is. No man was ever diminished in honour for fearing death. Although if one had spent one's useful hours slandering better men for giggles I can imagine that death's shadow would be particularly chilly when it falls on one.
  16. And if someone shoots you with a laser then you'll explode in a nuclear fireball. *thinks* DVD players must be bloody dangerous.
  17. Trololol
  18. Naked urinating airport man tasered. Anyone else suspect that the tasering was just a wee bit to teach the disgusting bastard a lesson?
  19. *Wonders how fast he can arrange for an unpaid intern, and how to make the advert not seem like a trap*
  20. I don't like that last one. Reminds me of a mate of mine.
  21. Plus in England we boil pizza.
  22. If you can get drugs in a maximum security jail, then the war on drugs in an open society isn't going to work.
  23. Short hair works well with full figures. Or if the girl just has a very delicate face. Mind you, I haven't been out with any girls for a while so I could be confusing them with rosegardens.
  24. Ah boss yew because ah got the lips and the hips, baybay! OK, that was just disturbing.
  25. Wow that is a good deal. Pizza is really one of those few take-away foods that can taste as good the next day as when you ordered it Speaking purely logically, that's not necessarily a good thing.
