They already made one new city world in Taris. Another world be unoriginal. -
MCA said in his interview that while he's not opposed to gay storylines, it just didn't feel like Star Wars.

I was really disappointed by the big mystery in KOTOR. Two Jedi leave and come back inexplicably evil for no apparent reason. The Star Forge was an uber-factory. Yeah, that explains everything.

The Special Editions were done right before Episode 1. ILM had done some good CGI work in the past on films like Jurassic Park. I know they were and are capable of good CGI. The CGI on Jabba in Episode 4 SE was horrible. Jabba then looked completely different (and better) in Episode 1. I just don't understand it. Having the Jabba scene does add more sympathy for Han. Having Greedo shoot first was flat out ridiculous. First off, how do you point directly at someone at point blank range and shoot a wall way off to the side? I put it right up there with the "walkie-talkie" incident in E.T. It's another case of weak filmmakers caving in as they get older.

I turn the volome off and make up my own dialogue. "Revan, would you like fries with that?"

What's the Star Forge? Was it loot I was supposed to get?

Elder Scrolls is on it's third game. Each was considerably different from it's predecesors. Final Fantasy has thirteen main games, four gameboy games, Final Fantasy Tactics, and Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. They have one movie finished, and one more in the works. Yet overall, I still enjoy that series.

I believe Akari said a "push" function was in the works.

Why are we limited to Dark or Light?
EnderAndrew replied to guns1inger's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
People keep complaining that you can't be neutral in KOTOR. Jolee was a "grey". And you could choose to ignore side-quests all day long. You could alternate been good and evil deeds. That path was available. It's just not as interesting or rewarding. If you chose as a player to go to one side, and weren't happy, I'm sorry. However the option for neutrality was there. -
Something about the villian
EnderAndrew replied to alanschu's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Yep. Obi-Wan turns off his saber and lets Vader cut him down. It was intentional. Perhaps Obi-Wan felt that my being a Force Ghost he could teach Luke without attracting too much attention to Luke. -
I certainly got the impression they were to play a larger role in the game than they did. Sometimes sideplots get dropped.

Multiple Opponent Combat Animations.
EnderAndrew replied to Fearless_Jedi's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Even if you put it animations for hitting multiple targets, it would just make the game buggy since you are only fighting one opponent. Animations would show you hitting someone that you aren't actually hitting. -
That was a beef of mine with the first game. If you played DS, and killed Malak, then you should turn on the Republic, destroy their fleet and walk away with the Leviathan and the Star Forge. I hope the villians in KOTOR:TSL appeal to both LS and DS plotllines.

I'm sure it's copywrited, but I think the "Wonka Engine" has a nice ring to it as well.

The moon landing was faked because the government doesn't want you to know about the aliens we talk with. That's why they blew up the Challenger. Okay, I was kidding. I was trying to see how much I can get you to buy. The Francis Bacon line I mentioned earlier is also a popular conspiracy theory easily bunked, as with the Rosco White theory. However, Emperor Palpatine did wear pink panties.

I think Morrowind definately has it's strengths. It reminds me of Ultima 9. They were trying to hard to make the greatest RPG of all time, and went for too many features. Then the actual plot and gameplay suffered. I never beat Morrowind, but I intend to. I still experiment from time to time with variations of plug-ins. Many are not compatible with the expansions, even when they claim to be. And many are not compatible with each other. I'd love to see a good collection of plug-ins blended together that work together.

Spelling buddy should not judge the genius that is the AE Mod team.

The Might and Magic series is the most overrated RPG series of all time. The Elder Scrolls games are good.

White Wolf has their new storyteller system coming out in August. It looks good. They also pu out a good game called Aberrant. You have to get past the fact that it features "super-powers". It's an X-Men, mutant style game. Instead of being all about spandex and cheese however, it's grounded in a very real setting. And while many of the powers are considerable, the rules system is well grounded and the difficulties are extreme.

First off, people are quick to point out that all the moon landers and such are visible except for the 1969 moon landing. We can't find anything with a telescope. Next, I agree that we didn't have the tv technology at the time to broadcast from the moon. Furthermore, my buddy has a masters in Physics. I've seen him break down how the footage of the landing is pure fake. It doesn't fit in with the laws of low gravity. Careful examination shows they merely played the footage in slo-mo to achieve the affect of low gravitiy.

You're a good man, Charlie Brown. (Unless you're a woman, but I'm not opening the Volourn bag again). Ferrets need lots of exercise and room. When I'm the pet store, I see people buying a single ferret and a tiny cage. I always encourage them to wait until they can get a second ferret and a large cage. It's inhumane keeping an animal with that much energy alone and in a small cage.

Don't get my started on the US policy on imports/exports. Bill Clinton made China our favored trading partner so they don't pay tariffs selling products in the US while they pirate billions and billions in our intellectual property and have a limited trade embargo on other US products. It's insanely stupid. See, I'm not blinded by nationalism. I'll point out our mistakes easily.

I had the luxury of having a very steady group for a few years. We rotated on games a bit, though we kept rather lengthy running Star Wars and Legend of the Five Rings campaigns going. The group all seemed to have more fun with less rules-intensive systems. West End's Star Wars system was incredibly simple. You have an attribute rating. You have a skill rating. You roll them together against a difficulty number I set. If you hit the difficulty, you succeed. One die is a wild die. If you hit a one on it, you have a complication. If you hit a six, it explodes (ie, you reroll it). That's it. It's beautiful, fast and cinematic.

I just moved into a big house with some extra bedrooms. The ferrets get their own room and would certainly be kept seperate from the snake. The snake only eats once every few weeks anyways, and that's usually one rat. My buddy is giving it to me since he's moving back to Hawaii. There are no snakes on the island. And I know about the California thing. When I moved out there I had to get rid of the ferret I had at the time. I also am not sure the snake is fast enough for the ferrets, but I won't risk it.

Remember way before game 1 when I said the Lakers didn't want to win, and they were disserving their fans by playing with a lack of intensity? People said I was crazy, but everyone seems to be singing that tune now?
