KOTOR2 was wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy easier than KOTOR1 even though KOTOR1 was actually easy Boh KOTORs are as linear as one another. They both have the same replayability as in not replayable. Of course, I think JE would be much better with 2+ npcs. I was all over BIO when they did that with NWN. Heck, I think having just 2 npcs in the KOTOR series is still not enough. I need at least the option to have 3 npcs in the aprty to be satisifed in that regard. And, as for the time, i feel lying about how long it takes to finsiha game is just plain silly. Really? The hardcoded point buy would have completed destroyed 99% of BG2 characters. Not to mention the IRL. Not to forget the way spell books are handled in the two games and the variant spells. Not to mention the fact that BG2 uses wepaon profiences while NWN has feats, and skills. The list goes.

No, it wouldn't have worked. Bg = 2E. NWN = 3E. Impossible to transfer characters over as is. Besides, at the end of BG2 (not TOB) you are level 17-20. In NWN OC, you start at level 1 and END at level 18-20). Hello, McFlies? I M P O S S I B L E.

On top of that, I'm likely the biggest BIO fanboy out there, and I was saying pre release that KOTOR2 would be way better simply because I thoguht Obsidian would be wise enough to learn from what BIO did right and what they did wrong in the first game. Boy, I was wrong. Of course, I don't hate hate KOTOR2 as I'd rate it 80%, and the original 82%. Not much of a difference. And, oh, KOTOR2 doesn't suck; but it sure is overrated. And, sure isn't mature. One last thing: JE > KOTOR series! :D

I'm proud of the guy. As crappy as MW is; it' snot supposed to be afriggin'r ace. They're better off playing Mario than REAL role-playing games like MW. The game might suck; but it shouldn't be raced through just for the sake of it.
