  1. If you want your PC always on the front (via pre-made or custom party positioning), that is totally fine by me. It then makes sense that whenever you move to a given direction, your party positioning gets rotated so that, in your case, your PC stays on the front. This is what I have been talking about. Exactly. The party should always face the direction they are going, as Rumsteak is saying. This way we'll always have the characters we want at the front, be it the tank, PC, rogue, etc. We can also create different party formations and change when necessary, so it shouldn't be necessary to rotate everytime.
  2. Inventory baby confirmed. So, is this the reason we can't drop items on the ground?
  3. You can check it on the Announcements and News forum. They just posted it there.
  4. Excellent! I haven't played for a long time.
  5. I really liked the wizards in the infinite engine games. If they are different in PoE, then I'll play with one of the other classes. But that doesn't change how much I'm looking foward to this game.
  6. This just feels... right.
  7. You can : http://forums.obsidian.net/topic/67436-zooming-in/?hl=bmac&do=findComment&comment=1502712
  8. I want the mohawk too.
  9. I don't know if they'll have hair, since they are supposed to be scary or repulsive. For me it's ok, since they have the black mist and most of their head covered by their "masks".
  10. The fire godlikes look nice too. I think the nature godlikes already had hair, but I don't remember the male with a mohawk. Male moon and fire godlikes don't have hair, at least for now.
  11. It's really good. And there is a lot of detail, like those white "anchors" in the arms and below the waist.
  12. The 3 most to the right are the new ones. There is only one female Orlan, it replaced the old one, I think.
  13. Very nice! Thanks for the hardworking.
  14. That's an interesting idea, but besides what KaineParker said, if it is mod-able, some people will set it beyond 30 and it'll just make it easier to "cheat".
  15. I understand the nostalgia and I actually liked to roll for hours just to have a perfect party in IWD. But it either ends in frustation (it can be funny when I hear of someone clicking and losing a 97 roll, but only because I see I'm not the only one who did that) or in the creation of totally irrealistic characters. What does it mean to have 4 18 attributes? Not even the avengers or the justice league have guys like that. Well, maybe they do, but does it make sense in a crpg? Ok, maybe in BG it did... but you get what I mean. It's better to avoid it. EDIT: if it's always the same number, like Rumsteak said above, I then it's ok.
  16. I set it as 0.5 2. Doesn't look bad, specially because I zoom in to look at the characters. Nice option.
  17. Holy ****, that is badass. Impressive. Legolas is an amateur. EDIT: New Talent: Lars Andersen's Disciple - greatly reduces recovery time for bows
  18. Maybe Forton will be an antagonist. I bet a lot of people here would like to beat the crap out of him in combat.
  19. I really like these portraits. I'm very optimistic about the other companions.
  20. Strange. For me it's much larger. Are you getting the same as in the picture attached? It's hard to tell exactly, but that seems about the same size as mine. It used to be much larger, though. Then, for some reasom, it was smaller for my BB Wizard. About half the radius in that picture. Maybe smaller.

  22. I like them, esp. the first one. There's something wrong with the eyes in the third one. I'm pretty sure Kaz still has to polish those up. edit: They seem to be more in line with the two companion portraits, awesome. Yes, I'm sure it's not the final version. But I already like them. Specially the Aumaua with the mask.
