Not by a longshot in terms of story, atmosphere and soundtrack. It has better gameplay though. It was the "Fighters chance"-shop in the Imperial Capital where it suddenly crashed when the shopkeeper was about to bid farwell(The disc was left spinning for 30 seconds and then the screen went blank). It worked flawlessly again after a reboot.
