As @omgFIREBALLS already said: the fight is winnable without any DLC content. If you wait too long it might even feel too easy. Single target damage dealers like Rogues, Fighters, Paladins (unless they already have Sacred Immolation), Rangers etc. are not as useful in this battle because there will be so many enemies and targeting single enemies isn't as effective as targeting many. Although they can use spellbinding gear and scrolls of course. A high accuracy Fighter with good INT and MIG, equipped with Rotfinger Gloves for example is nice. Should you have a Rogue with Deathblows and high Lore then make sure a bunch of enemies suffers two afflictions that unlock Deathblows and then use a damaging AoE scroll (non-DoT) or spellbinding (Taluntain's Staff for Fireballs for example) with him: Deathblows will grant +100% dmg to those spells. AoE is king here, so bringing Wizard (Chillfog, Walls, Combusting Wounds, Kalakoth's Minor Blights + Blast/Citzal's Spirit Lance), Priest (Shining Beacon), Chanter (Dragon Thrashed), Druid (Relentless Storm, Overbearing Wave) and Cipher (see below) are good. Especially Ciphers can shine here because there's so many weak enemies to farm focus from - and then turning it into AoE CC and damage. Ring Leader or Amplified Wave are excellent tools in this fight (if you already have access to them). Monks with Torment's Reach and high INT as well as an Overseeing item are also very effective since it's easy to hit a lot of enemies at once. And it's also easy to get wounds... Barbarians can have good effect with an overbearing or stunning weapon and high INT - and if they already have Blood Thirst it should be a field day for them due to the many weaker enemies which will allow to proc Bloodlust and Blood Thirst often. If you have Heart of Fury already then combine it with a Wizard's Combusting Wounds and a dual weapon setup.

Without White March factions helping you, you only have one option during the event yes, and that's using whatever Defiance Bay faction supports you to take out the berserkers. Outside of the battle itself, you can improve your odds by hiring better mercenaries (costs 10k) and killing Captain Emery. Trying to get her to join your cause is pointless as far as the battle goes - she will only do it if you're already winning anyway. You can take the battle whenever you want though. You can wait until level 12 if you like. The game won't punish you for stalling. I've never used the WM options - you can certainly win without having every advantage possible. Besides, WM1 + WM2 equal higher level cap, more loot, more abilities, etc. There are so many ways they can make this battle (and other base game content) easier without involving the scripted options. I wouldn't imply some nefarious P2W scheme here

https://edition.cnn.com/politics/live-news/trump-ukraine-news-11-22-25 "President Donald Trump said the US peace plan presented to Ukraine is not the final offer to end the war with Russia. “No, not my final offer,” Trump told reporters just now. “We’d like to get to peace. It should’ve happened a long time ago.” “The Ukraine war with Russia should have never happened. If I were president, it never would have happened. We’re trying to get it ended. One way or the other we have to get it ended,” he added. " So despite all the drama and media coverage this is not the final or definitive peace plan that Ukraine " has to accept " Im just surprised people still respond to these types of Trump comments or leaked information. We have been through all of this so many times around the war in Ukraine

I couldn't agree more. I am waiting to buy Outer Worlds 2 until the Supernova mode comes! It was such a meaningful experience with all of the eat, sleep, drink options mixed in with a great difficulty balance, no fast travel, etc and something that made you really think about your choices before setting out from your ship. I'm sincerely hoping they add it! I'll pay whatever!

Finished Outer Worlds 2. I put a lot of hours into it, I'd say about 50, and I felt like I searched most corners to get content done. There were some collection quests I didn't finish, but the story stuff was good and I liked what happened to all my companions. It was a fun universe to explore. I'll probably wait for some DLC before playing again. It felt bigger and more epic than OW1 and Avowed, so that was good. Now I'm playing Xenonauts 2, which just released Milestone 6. This makes the game feature complete. The next milestone is full release, so I'm planning on trying to get through a whole campaign before that drops. I've only lost 1 soldier so far, and that was due to a bad explosive throw. Lesson learned, propane tanks go boom.

Put about 24h in to Anno 117. About the same as Anno 1800, no big departures. I hear that people are complaining about the campaign ending abruptly and being short. Guess I'll see soon enough. Saying all that I am having fun with it so far. Will see how much I get out of it, I lost interest with Anno 1800 when the campaign ended.

This was brought up on Reddit, and I just tried to find what Grip mods this weapon can take, but did not find any. I did a search here in the Forum to see if this was reported, but nothing showed up. I have Grip mods for the Impact Hammer, Pitch/Tossball Blocker, Pitch/Tossball Stick, Plasma Cutter, Pulse Hammer, Sentry Blade, Stun Baton, Telescoping Staff, and Trip Blade, and none of them fit on the Jackpot. I don't know if there are weapons I have not come across yet, but it is also possible that the Jackpot was not properly assigned a weapon type, so it cannot actually use any Grip mods at all, because there are no Jackpot Grip Mods.

I have booted up a first game today after a few weeks long break. It was Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe. I have wanted to test out my new controller, if I still would suck at the Kombo Challenges. And yes. I still suck Although, I was able to do more of them than with PS3 controller. But, I have found out, that my new controller is programmable So I have spent few hours trying to find out how it works, and after few more hours, I have programmed all 10 of Scorpion Kombo Challenges and unlocked the first Kombo trophy . Challenge number 10 was really challenging, as the controller language is working on 60FPS, and MKvsDCU is 30FPS game and the last combo hit required perfect timing. I spent almost an hour on figuring out, how to overcome the lag caused by this FPS "discrepancy". I have to say, I had much more fun programming that controller, than performing the combos manually I have much better knowledge on how it works now, so the next character (Jax) should take much less time to fiddle with

Is the Arquebus units the ONLY unit I can get for the scripted event preceeding the on-screen battle (Which can include Ogres and Archers from the expansion) without owning the expansion? I can't afford the expansions (Even discounted ) so I only have 1 option during the scripted event, leaving me a huge mass of soldiers I have to fight? If I can't get non-expansion options to deal with all 3, or at least 2, of the scripted options...That feels kinda cruddy. It's basically saying 'You can make it easier if you pay us for the expansion!' I've googled around, and everything says to use the ogres (from The White March Pt 1) and the Pathfinders (from The White March Pt. 2). Nothing mentions any alternatives to those two.

Inez quest Full Measures bug
Steaknight replied to Thoon's topic in The Outer Worlds 2: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
There are lots of game breaking bugs around the Inez character after trying to read more info about our shared issue. Unfortunately not finding too many with the exact same issue as ours. I had left completing this quest for a number of days and last night decided to try it once more to find that it no longer showed a map marker for it. Same results of not being able to use gathered evidence so just bit the bullet and completed it. May have missed out on character perk due to this but need to check. Could be a long wait/never fixed bug though. -
Black Geyser No spoiler tags as everything there is to spoil is above already. I spent the next hour trying to kill the guy and survive. The game blocked the progress, though. So, while I could kill the story-critical NPCs, doing so resulted in the infinite guards spawning. No romance, alas. I should have purchased this at the first opportunity. They are removable, but this is a curious item. Bloodstained No idea why there were so many collaborations with the title. The thing felt quite uncomfortable and unpleasant to play. Real Web Legends: Carter's Quest Unexpectedly, it is an in-game costume.

If there's one thing Europe has acquiesced to frequently it's Trump ordering them how to spend their money. Indeed, that's almost certainly one of the reasons the slush fund provisions are there for realz rather than being laughed at. The EU/ US (and UK) trade deal is riddled with 'EU will spend this, EU will do this' provisions quite apart from accepting the tariffs. At the time of course we were told getting the US to keep helping Ukraine was one of the reasons for von der Leyen's capitulation. (I am of course of the opinion that the agreement is more realistic than spouting pie in the sky 'stay the course/ more of the same but harder' rhetoric and insisting on conditions Russia would never agree to as if you're winning. But it's exactly the sort of agreement you'd expect from Trump, especially after he's been encouraged to see the EU and Europe as pushovers. In the end, if you fold every time because standing up to Trump is hard then having your opinions marginalised is the obvious result precisely because you've told Trump that you'll fold when pressed)

I don't know of any way. But I didn't have that problem - I played at a time when Argenta killed trash mobs faster than it would take to search for a mod and install it At least encounters don't respawn.
-
Could anyone please tell me if there is a way to remove the trash mob combat encounters, leaving only the quest-related ones? The density feels the same as in PF, but it is significantly more time-consuming in the turn-based mode, while the opponents are the same.

I have the same issue as Steaknight. I read/hacked the terminal before confronting Willard, found the tablet after the confrontation, and can’t bring it up in the interview at all.
