Raithe
Woke up from a very weird mashup genre dream. Fey creatures in space suits invading a space station.. A little on the oddball side. Then with the crisp chill to the air it was definitely a struggle to push myself from a warm and comfortable bed... But , alas, I made it up for the day. Come to think of it, I'm going to try and have some mead in my tea tonight... Honey in tea is nice afterall. Civilization, in fact, grows more and more maudlin and hysterical; especially under democracy it tends to degenerate into a mere combat of crazes; the whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, most of them imaginary. - H.L. Guard Dog
Thanks guys. I'm not terribly worried about it. I've made some inquiries at the company I worked for before this. i think they would be favorable to having me back if there is an opening. One important rule about the workplace. No matter how miserable a place is to work, don't complain to management (exception in the case of discrimination & illegality) and don't air out your grievances when you leave. Shake everyone's hand, tell them how much you'll miss them and how great it was to work with them. Even if it's a lie. Hell, especially if it's a lie. Clearing the air will rectify nothing and just leave a bad memory of you. But Crown Castle wasn't like that. I only left to work for myself. 2 "While it is true you learn with age, the down side is what you often learn is what a damn fool you were before" Thomas Sowell

Blarghagh
Getting increasingly depressed while there's seemingly no reason for it. Rosbjerg
It could be a chemical imbalance - but I've also found that life simply has it's ups and downs, maybe it's just me, but I often experience a down period in the autumn after a good summer for instance. I think the important thing is to take is serious, but not let it dominate your thought patterns. If it does get out of hand, see a doctor. 1 Fortune favors the bald. Can doctors tell if you have a chemical imbalance? Sorry to hear that, but you should'nt worry quite yet I think.. As Ros said, If it keeps at it for a longer time you should go see a psychiatrist though, but before any of that; Maybe try mixing things up a bit? Might just be that you're getting subconciously bored by being to routine? Also, any chemical "balance" in your brain is what causes you to feel things, so... yeah, you could say it's chemical imbalance. "I'm NOT drunk! I'm chemically unbalanced!" Give it this test, go down to the nearest rollercoaster and ride it and if midway through you don't get a smirk in your face either your loved ones have been kidnapped into a hellish dimension or you have a chemical imbalance. Or just try to change something in your daily routine that might be monotony that you're experiencing and not depression. Raithe
Okay, when your married friends invite you along for a special screening of Chico & Rita - a film about the ups and downs of a Cuban pianist and his beautiful singing partner, as they battle to unite in music and love - that will end with a tango session after the film, is it me or is that going to be a really third-wheel type of situation? An evening of a love story inspired by the latin bolero, and ending with the passion of tango.. That really seems to me to be a couples thing. "Cuius testiculos habeas, habeas cardia et cerebellum."
