I feel the need to play Call of Cthulhu Dark Corners of the Earth before Condemned, even if they are different franchises and developers. SpaceAlex Posted May 28, 2007 Share Posted May 28, 2007 It's a mod called SMOD. It adds a bunch of stuff to the game (like bullet time, improved physics, more weapons&enemies, more gore...). I was pretty much able to single handedly take out the Thul cruiser with my little fighter ship with the aid of that orange plasma shield around my ship. After torping the living daylights out of its shields, I just got up close and starting ramming the damn thing into oblivion. There was a time when I questioned the ability for the schizoid to ever experience genuine happiness, at the very least for a prolonged segment of time. I am no closer to finding the answer, however, it has become apparent that contentment is certainly a realizable goal. I find these results to be adequate, if not pleasing. Unfortunately, connection is another subject entirely. When one has sufficiently examined the mind and their emotional constructs, connection can be easily imitated. Bringing this back up 'cause I've got nothing better to do. Little fun comparison. Lips and eyes look better in FF. Default doesn't look as good in this angle, otherwise I agree it's overall better.
