I spot Scotsmen. This far I may have seen as many as two or maybe even three. It's very tricky, you see, because most Scotsmen wear disguises nowadays to blen in among normal, non-scottish people.

Photography and recently, making stupid videos.

I think most of my other hobbies have fallen by the wayside enough, over the years, for me to not think of them as such anymore.

I'm kinda w/Kaftan in that I don't typically consider reading or watching films a hobby. They're idle enjoyments. If you collect comics and buy every single new issue of a series and wrap them in plastic and go to conventions or make fansites etc, then it becomes a hobby. Or at least, an obsession.

I can agree with that. In the same respect, if you collect movies and catalogue them by director then you are probably a movie hobbyist. But yeah, most people are just casual film buffs.

Finally there's someone to give me a game of Top Trumps: Scotsman Edition!

That's why I didn't mention going to the movies as a hobby, it's not a passion as such.

Reading on the other hand, well, let's just say that I pretty much loot second hand shops.

I have no hobby. :(

I'm really sad about it. When I lived in Japan, I learned to play the koto:

Then when I lived in Viet Nam, I learned the Dan Bau:

I was hoping to learn something here - I fancy a switch to drums, maybe. Unfortunately, the Saudis are not so keen to invite foreigners to partake of their cultural heritage, and I can't find a teacher. :p

My hobby is watching and impersonating the Fast Show. Other than that, I also enjoy watching and impersonating other stuff.

Not really. I have a friend whose hobby is assembling Ikea furniture, though. He doesn't need any of the stuff he buys, and he always ends up just giving it away, but he loves putting it together.

collecting books is probably my number 1 hobby. A failing investment but it's fun.

Also reading, working out, gaming, movies, web development, sports - football, baseball basketball, and music. I like to see live concerts a lot.

Surfing, music. Could count games since I generally do play them a lot, but I wouldn't count it as a hobby personally.
