Draken
Hey, Draken, tell me a little something about Wolfmother. General stuff, I mean. Should I bother looking for one of their albums? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Wolfmother are great, in my opinion. Their excellent musical style, which focuses on melodic riffs and psychedelic lyrics, is reminiscent of old Doors and, dare I say it, Pink Floyd. I would reccomend checking out their self titled debut album, and see if you like their stuff. Darth Drabek
I picked up a Wolfmother EP last spring. I think it was a precursor to a full-length for them. Either way, they're a throwback to 70s metal a la Sabbath or Zeppelin (but mostly Sabbath). Anyway, I'm listening to Bruce Springsteen's crazy folk-rock ensemble tackle these old Pete Seeger songs. He uses the horn section from the Max Weinberg 7.... so La Bamba plays trombone on the CD! Well, that was cool to me anyway. Laozi
Primus has alot of great songs, and some of them have nothing to do with meth. I've never had more pride as a bass player as the first time I really nailed down a couple of Primus songs.
