LadyCrimson
Apparently Disciple says that when he scores a critical hit - can anyone confirm whether this is true or not in the final game? I had orginally thought all such lines were just generic battle-cries... LadyCrimson
I know the cry is there...I've heard it thousands of times, lol...but is it actually done when he scores a critical hit? “Things are as they are. Padmi Skydrunkard
It might be for criticals coz he doesn't say it every time he attacks It's so annoying when he says that. Does anyone else find Disciples voice and dialogue irritating?

Lord Tarondor
It's stereotypical, you see -- the Disciple's manners are, that is... just another issue to add to the growing list of reasons why female gamers need to be catered to. I mean -- that couldn't possibly be how someone acted! It's just so unfair! I refuse to even pick up my controller until they modify the Female PCs so that they experience their period every twenty-eight days (or on every planet). As for what happens when it occurs, I don't know. I think the penalties you receive while having it should be the same ones you receive when you're inflicted with the Plague Force Feat. LadyCrimson
I'm going to guess that Fionavar is going to lock my thread. Thanks guys. How mature. Oh well. I'll have to do my own research on the topic. Think I can figure it out..at least enough to make me believe it one way or another. “Things are as they are. But I think male PC's shouldn't be cheated out of their privileges either. It is atrocious! I mean, we'd get such useful force powers, so why not give males for example... Lightsiders: Force Ejaculation Darksiders: Beast Potency (oh baby, no more running through all the drugstores of Nar Shaddaa in search of Viagra!) And I sooo agree with Lord Tarondor. The other party members have their own variants to signal critical hits: Atton - More where that came from! BaoDur - How do you like that? Disciple - You've left me an opening! G0T0 - Weakness found. HK47 - Optimal accuracy ratio achieved. Kreia - Fall! Mira - That's another one for me! Visas - A weakness is revealed. Handmaiden - This will teach you! Mandalore - Ha! More where that came from! It has FEATURES and they are too sophisticated for a Romulan pig like you to understand! HK-47: "Recitation: First, weapon selection is critical. If I see one more idiot attacking a Jedi with a blaster pistol, then I'll kill them myself." HK-47: "Answer: Select grenades, sonic screamers, cluster rockets and plasma charges. Mines are also effective, since many Jedi will run to meet you in hand to hand combat. Silly Jedi."

LadyCrimson
Thanks, stoffe - one reason I was asking is because of how often disciple hollers that particular cry. Interesting. “Things are as they are. DeathScepter
often he does that in my Female Exile games. I do think Disciple is in the closet about many things. Gentleman Yes Effeminate(little bit girly) Yes I wonder who does his hair. Talking about a bad hair day for NPC. That same goes for Handmaiden. Mira and Bastila has nice hair
