  2. Pretty much, yes. If it doesn't fit by some strange reason just get a converter-cable for a few bucks. Generic PSU's are utter ****e. It's a known fact and the common problem among them is they run too hot and overheat leaving your system in the gutter.
  3. What kind of PSU do you have, anyway? What brand? If it's a cheap knock-off then it could explain why you're having issues.
  4. Currently busy with the GDI Campaign. Got my ass whupped once already in Rome. Starting over and trying out a new tactic. Having great fun so far.
  5. I prefer the Gauss Gattling gun but the gattling laser seems to be more effective against robots. Energy weapons in general are more effective against the robots. The only ballistic weapon that can actually tear the robots a fresh one, are the various Gauss weapons. Everything else pales in comparison. The MEC Gauss Minigun / Pistol / Rifle is absolutely wonderful when you enter Vault 0. Too bad there always seem to be a shortage of Gauss-clips around but bucketloads of fusion cores for the Plasma / Laser rifles and the Sunbeam Gatling Laser. You forget about the Browning M2 (especially if one has some depleted uranium rounds). Best gun in the game. The 50 cal is pretty good, especially with that ammo. Thanks to a mod, you can have a limitles supply of whatever ammo you want. Also you can have any weapon you want. Really? Got a link to that mod? Very keen to try it out. And yes, Browning M2 and .50 Cal gun is pretty sweet with DU bullets.

Gears of War, on Hardcore. Enchanted Arms now and then. It's interesting enough but I kind of think every one of these RPG's (or similar ones) suck or don't hold up to the standards of Phantasy Star IV. *shrugs* Maybe I'm just getting old.
  7. Fable 2 on the 360 (Yes, I bought a 360 console, you can shoot me later). Just hope it's fair bit larger than its predecessor.
  8. I can't for the life of me get past the first act. I've rounded up all the milita and when I speak to them, they tell me to go speak to Georg. I do that. Only thing is, Georg doesn't want to speak to me. I can't advance at all so I'm stuck. Fun, innit?
  9. Picked up Darkstar One the other day and so far, so good. I'm stuck, though. Need to reach a system 5.1 LY away and my stardrive only has a 5 LY jump capability >.< Been scouring the systems for side-missions and hopefully, one of them will lead me to an artifact to get another upgrade.
  10. Yup, and it's quite good (although I am only up to.. uh.. some race after the Terrans). http://www.webhallen.com/prod.php?id=57937&traff=1 Webhallen does not sell outside of Sweden though. Edit: Hey, I just noticed that the game is on sale.. but it still costs $45 (329 SEK)! Isn't that like normal price in the US? A normal Xbox 360 game in Sweden is $80-85 (579-629 SEK)! Strange that 329 SEK still feels cheap to me.. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Outside of Sweden? But... Sweden is all there is. Everything else is a barren wasteland filled with mutants and mutagenic viruses and ... stuff. Right? That's what my momma told me.. uh-huh! "
  11. Whoah. Back up. Darkstar One? It's been released now?
  12. With a weapon you could only find AFTER you completed Fallout 2 you had a very high chance of insta-gibbing people with burst-mode, even if you did only a fraction of their health in damage. Worked especially well on Super Mutants. But a aimed shot to the eyes, blinding them, worked wonders for me. Not only did you score a major critical hit, you could sometimes just outright kill them in one shot and still have enough AP's over to move away or pick off another target.
  13. I remember when I picked up Fallout 1. Was a strange sensation, wandering around and doing stuff you never did in the other games (shooting people in the back just because you COULD DO IT.) Then I had no idea it was all time based. You couldn't wander around doing whatever you wish because you had a vault to save. Took me a while to figure it all out but I enjoyed every minute of it. Then came Fallout 2. Compared to F1 it was HUGE. "There'th no end to the pothibilithieth!" I had also picked up Ps:T and started playing that. Didn't take long before I got completely hooked on Ps:T. But these don't beat playing X.Com on a 386 system Ah, the good days...
  14. World of Warcraft, and I've dug out my old Starcraft discs again and gave that game a whirl. What else? NFS: Most Wanted, of course. And PGR3 on the 360, which I must say is the crappiest game ever devised. I wonder why I still play it, though? Probably because I want to see it through the end, I suppose. GOnna load up BG2 again and see how much I've forgotten ^^ Also in the process of completing IWD2 again and a 100% run on Castlevania: Curse of Darkness.
