One of the clothing items makes your characters naked and another makes them topless if that's your thing and you don't mind using the console. I don't remember which ones exactly but I think they had bathing in their names.

There are also instructions on Nexus Mods for how to edit your gamefile to the exact Mirke effect--that is, normal clothing when wearing clothing, but no underwear so you're completely naked when clothing is removed.

corpse eating and drugs seems fine but nekkid is wrong for obsidian
