  1. Send likely yes, though I doubt they'll add an additional priest subclass. Who knows though.
  2. Minor point, it depends on the language of the speaker: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decimal_separator#Examples_of_use As a side note, I've never seen apostrophes used to separate thousands in large numbers.
  3. Could very well be. It may be that the gods were designed around preexisting mythical gods so perhaps they designed Galawain the way he is because that's the way he was in their mythology, and they didn't think through the possible outcomes of doing so.
  4. When did you say what were? I asked if you agreed or disagreed with a statement. But don't worry about it, I don't think this is going to go anywhere
  5. So you don't have a good reason to assume these DLCs were cut content? Would you agree or disagree that different aspects of game development finish at different stages in the development cycle, freeing up some of the development team before the game is released?
  6. Some people will claim that expansions are larger than DLCs but I think your guess is right. It's true that since we started using "DLC" rather than "expansion" a lot of add-on content has become smaller, but I suspect this is mostly due to the economic viability of selling smaller packets of content then there being a meaningful distinction between the two.
  7. Is there a good reason to imagine these DLCs were cut content? If so, what is it? If not, why suggest it?
  8. I'm looking forward to seeing what he produces. I imagine non-traditional will go beyond classless since classless isn't particularly rare in tabletop role-playing.
  9. Commander is a specific naval rank as well, at least in the British Navy.
  10. Sure, but it's kinda clear that that's not what Obsidian are doing here. My point was mainly that "revenue raising tool" is a dumb criticism of DLC, not that there aren't companies that are extremely dodgy in the way they deal with DLC. Potential? Haven't you learnt yet. Negative means "doesn't agree with MG".
  11. Yeah no. Some aspects of game development are finished earlier than others, so the people working on those aspects can start working on DLC before the game is released. This doesn't mean the DLC is cut content. As for them being a revenue raising tool: of course they are. Obsidian is a business, they both want and need to raise revenue.
  12. I occasionally have problems with the site but so far it's been fine. Perhaps there's a problem with the link to your Steam account? Have you definitely linked it correctly?
  13. Pre-ordering has never given beta access. Even backing didn't guarantee it (you had to back at a high enough tier or pay extra for beta access). As others have said, you're not missing much. The beta isn't the full, incomplete game: it's a tiny slice of the game designed to allow players to test combat and mechanics.
  14. Small adventures could be pretty good, if they're interesting and well written, so I'm hopeful. That said I kinda hope Deadfire does well enough that Obsidian also do a post-end bigger expansion akin to the White March in length.
  15. If you're actually getting 100Mb/s all the time then just over 45 minutes. EDIT: assuming you meant 35 gigabytes and 100 megabits per second. Technically you've written gigabits (well actually not even that, since the G should be a capital) and microbits per second
  16. I think that anyone who holds a particular ideology strongly enough can become a Paladin. I don't think you need to sign up to a preexisting Paladin Order. The existence of orders for the player character was, probably, a consequence of needing some way to govern favoured and unfavoured dispositions. So, for example, the Iron Flail Paladins may not belong to an order at all, they may simple be very strong believes in Adaryc's vision. EDIT: I might be wrong about this. The description on the wiki states that "[Paladins] can be found in any culture where a fanatical group of like-minded individuals have formed a warrior society dedicated to advancing their cause." which suggests they are (typically at least) part of organised groups.
  17. Indeed, although always be careful about how you resolve the interrupted break-in quest for the Dozens as it's very easy to get locked out of their shop if you do it wrong.
  18. Paladins can of course be personally dedicated to a god, like anyone else in Eora, but as far as I'm aware there is no directly link between Bleak Walkers and Berath.
