I didn't understand why after all the knightinshiningarmorisms I had done, there was no option for example to ask Modoc or Broken Hills to send caravans to Arroyo.

Man, I did take my time and still managed to get to Arroyo before the last message. Letting the village perish..just didn't feel right, I guess. To be honest, this is the first time I really take time experiencing things and reading everything. It's amazing how much attention to detail and depth a patient soul can discover. Guess I can blame my previous reckless treks to the wastes to my age then. It's been almost 4 years from my last playthrough.

Someone please tell me this a hoax. I can't take this crap on 6:00 pm.

It's amazingly satisfieing to jab someones eyes out with a well-placed targeted blow. Got to love those haymakers and power kicks. Damned if I get a decent armor for cheap, as my charisma is 3. :D

Too true dat. They have decent gameplay and ok stories, but I wouldn't exactly recommend them.

I can't play it. It sitting on my shelf, glaring at me, and I know if I started now ther would be no end to the playing. Time just doesn't allow it.

Good money? What...they're like 10 bucks in the bargain bins, if you can find them. Fantasy crpgs. BG is a team combat rpg and NWN is a single character adventure hack with an awful campaign and awesome mods.

It looks great and the Total War series has always sounded and played great.

A few days back I had an urge to hit the wastes once again and this time do it with an unarmed fighter build/scientist dope. So far the game's been fun. I boxed in Reno and hit Prizefighter, saved Modoc and Gecko and I'm nearing Vault 15, after I just get that Power Fist from Francis in Broken Hills. Good times, good times. :D Anyway, on my previous play times, I've always headed to vault 13 the shortest way, maybe after doing some stuff on the starter towns like Klamath and Den, without really bothering to explore. I always figured, with the Shaman taking contact from time to time, that Arroyo would eventually die, if I didn't make haste. But this time; I had to look up some stuff from Gamefaqs(mainly where to find a super tool kit, still haven't found one as Smitty didn't have one in Den) and I found out that the game doesn't have a time limit. What the heck? Could I just take my time clearing towns from quests and enemy masses and then go to the vault on like level 42? Do the Shaman messages just stop? I've had one already.

And why play after about 70 of the game mechanics are stripped off as there's no combat? Might as well try a different game system.
