  1. Dude, normal intelligence isn't enough to handle a lightsaber. Those who can weild one are enhanced with the force. Don't you remember the younglings in EP. 2 where they were practicing with their sabers while unable to see? And do garden snails exist in the SW Universe? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I was being sarcastic to those who said intelligence didn't matter when being force sensitive, or to be a Jedi. - dr cloak
  2. After my first play through, after the ending sequence, I was actually depressed. Literally depressed and unfulfilled. - dr cloak
  3. Any of the old Sith Lords would obliterate the new Jedi/Sith. Even without using a Light Saber. - dr cloak
  4. Intelligence doesn't matter to use the Force or become a Jedi? Yeah..uhm, ok. So a Jedi with an IQ of a garden snail running around with a Light Saber mumbling "erby derby erby!?" is possible then. - dr cloak
  5. K3 is not in development. - dr cloak
  6. It's a thread! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Mandalore can't be a Jedi, so I always thought it pointless to influence him. - dr cloak
  7. Well, if you bash open a cylinder or something and you find out there are 2 broken items, then it was probably a medpack. But if you find yourself looking at one single broken item, it could have been a combat sensor or who knows. I think Awareness and Intelligence are the only skills that open up dialogue options. Correct me if I'm mistaken. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Persuade opens up dialogue options, obviously. - dr cloak
  8. Hooded robes are in the game. Take Kreia and Visas for example. - dr cloak
  9. On my 3rd play through, as a female Darkside PC (Guardian), Atton indeed gave me the dialogue: "Are you an Angel?" and then "I can't believe I just used that line, best to leave that one to some poor kid to say" (something to that effect). Then he went on to talk about Jedi Knight. I reloaded my game and tried again and a different set of standard dialogue arose. I don't think its 100% guaranteed that you will hear the new dialogue on your 3rd play through. Its random from my experience. - dr cloak
  10. Amazing how a seemingly simple piece of cloth that covers 50% of the head would cause such complications and system strain. - dr cloak
  11. Well, I think the majority of people discovered that, way before the ending. You would have to have the attention span of a gnat (or be constantly under the influence of drugs) to not know what Kreia was all about. - dr cloak
  12. Yeah, there is. Does the five knuckle shuffle count? - dr cloak
  13. There are key moments where a new dialogue option will become available. You just have to take your time and keep gaining influence and talk to the party member after every time you level. Some are easier than others, and some require certain conditions be met before they allow you to train them in the ways of Jedi. - dr cloak
  14. Saposily? You can do better than that dude <_< - dr cloak
  15. Cleary Prima used 'Beta' screenshots for their Guide. - dr cloak
  16. Man that sucks I'd really hate waiting for this game so long and not being able to finish it. And my PC is no match for new games so I'll have to buy the crappy Xbox version. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You choose Citadel Station, instead of Telos, yes? I can't remember which one appears. - dr cloak
  17. Well each time I've blown the door, the Holocron was 'destroyed' and useless to me. - dr cloak
  18. LOL Boiler Strategy Guides are indeed a waste of money in my opinion. I mean, if the game is Myst or something, then I understand picking up a Guide. But a Kotor Guide? C'mon guys, how easy do you want it? I know some pick up the Guide for reference material. I'm talking about the ones that get it in order to zip through the game with as much ease as possible. - dr cloak
  19. lol Hades, well said! - dr cloak <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well dr kloake, if you don't like the game at all, why post anything anyway? The game is out. You say yourself, there will be no Part III. So no better waste of time out there? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Where did I say "I dislike this game" ? My likes and dislikes have nothing to do with the fact of merely pointing out that tons of people are wasting time theorizing about a game that will probably never come to fruition. I'm wasting a sliver of my time, in order to save lots of other people's time lol. Like I said though, if people want to keep talking about K3 and live in their fantasy world, I'm cool with it. - dr cloak
  20. Interesting points in some of those quotes. But I agree, the blade of the saber is 'Energy'. If I swung a Light Saber at slow speed at a target (lets say the neck for example) and a Major League Baseball player (any steroid pumping player will do) swung at his fastest possible speed, in the end, we would both have done the same amount of damage. The end result would be the same. I say eliminate the strength modifier to damage altogether. With 5 upgrade crystals (too many in my opinion) you are already dishing out insane damage. - dr cloak
  21. There is no K3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - dr cloak <{POST_SNAPBACK}> There is no dr cloak!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - K3 <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Theorizing and talking about a game that doesn't exist, and may never exist is a waste of time. But if the majority of people want to live in denial/fantasy world, thats cool. - dr cloak
  22. This actually works? From what i've read, a bug (?) within the game always uses the repair skill of the PC for the create item calculation, regardless of who is actually using the workbench. I mean, without that bug, it would render the Sentinel almost useless, besides maybe at the beginning on Peragus. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hehe, I thought this was common Knowledge. I use Bao Dur for most of my created items, and I'll use Kreia to make Bio Restorative Underlays for Armor. - dr cloak
