The story is definitely important in this type of game. But we're talking about why its so easy, even on 'Difficult' setting. Some don't have a problem with it, and still feel fulfilled. Others (like myself) experience a lack of challenge. It certainly would be nice to die every now and then. But since it doesn't happen, its difficult to focus your attention and effort in each battle. A point is reached where you're not even worried about applying tactics or strategy, because everything before you will get slaughtered quickly. - dr cloak

Hehe I actually one-hit killed the Master on Nar Shadda with a 15/5 Guardian/Maurader on 'Difficult' setting. Was the funniest thing ever. Evidence that one of the main reasons this game is 'easy' is due to how powerful you can become. When I was 15/2 I two-hit killed Vrook. But comparing K1 and K2...I would say K2 is easier overall. What do you mean? Combat is a major portion of the Kotor games. There are thousands of rounds of combat per play through. I know some prefer story over combat, but for me, an even blend of the two is desirable. To say if all Im' looking for is combat, then this game isn't for me, is like me telling you if you're looking for a good story, then read a novel instead of playing a video game. - dr cloak

Atton is easy to choose as an example of how influence 'works'. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about most of the other NPCs in your party. For example, I had HandMaiden as Dark Side Mastery. I did something darkside with her in my group and lost influence lol. Are you saying this is working as intended? If you are a Dark Jedi, with full Dark Side Mastery, and I did something evil in your presence, the last thing you would say to me is "This poor man only wanted our help, and you refused to give it!" - dr cloak

Some bugs are inevitable. But this is a Console Game, where a bug getting through in the final product is more fatal and detrimental to the overall game. Regardless of how much development time was cut from them, or the lack of manpower they had in order to locate and eliminate bugs, there is still no justification or defense to release a game littered with bugs for a Console System, that doesn't have the ability to accept patches like a PC game. If I were to list out the bugs I've encountered, it would only serve to depress people even more lol. - dr cloak

Completely agree. But there are those who liked this character for some reason. Personally, I thought he was horrible. He eats worlds and kills myriad of Jedi. Then dies quickly in a one on one confrontation lol!! He was unable to break my Force Crush lock on my first play through, so was never able to hit me. If you're going to spend alot of time building up a villian, atleast have him back it up. - dr cloak

But the thing is, I already handicap myself. My first two play throughs I handicapped myself the entire way. I always play on 'Difficult' setting. Secondly, I either go solo (no party in my group) or I take one person with me. I don't use cheese tactics like Master Speed + Master Flurry combos. You won't see my Jedi running around with a Saber in each hand. So for someone like me, having these types of bugs aren't a blessing. - dr cloak

Guardian/Marauder = way too over-powered. As a 15th level Guardian and 5th level Marauder, I one hit-killed the Jedi Master on Nar Shadda. One hit!! On 'Difficult' setting. I can't remember his name, all I know is he wears earings and looks stupid. Prior to this, on Dantooine, it took me 2 hits to drop Vrook. If there was no cut scene B.S. after you first take him to zero health, I would have killed him in 1 hit as well, as a 15/2 Guardian. - dr cloak

Another bug that is very annoying. Visas has Master Flurry. Yet in combat, she uses Improved Flurry, exclusively. LOL!! WTF?? Very pissed about crap like this. Whats the sense in getting the higher Feats when the NPCs are just going to use the weaker ones? rofl - dr cloak

Your prize is a whopping 750 experience points. Use Force Wave or Force Push if you have it. Otherwise, just attack one of them, and right after the attack, charge her and she will get pushed off the mat. You have to push more than attack. - dr cloak

/sarcasm on Why have K2 Xbox live enabled? I'm sure the devs have better things to do than to add new content and provide continous support to their game. Thats just asking too much. Besides, there are other games/projects to move onto. Who has time to linger in the past and code stuff for K2? It doesn't matter what you do. You will be early in the game still, once you get your personalized crystal. It can only be 'powered up' so many times before you hit your cap. I think its four times. And it depends on level. So talk to Kreia about your crystal, each time you level up. - dr cloak
