WOOOOHOOOOOO! I can't believe we managed to win!!!! At the beginning of the Tournament, I believed that Greece would have a crap team just like they always had in the past... But now, I am pleasantly surprised!!! I went to the Champs Elysees in Paris for the event and there were LOADS of people shouting, dancing and waving their flags... That was incredible! The funny part is that there were far more Portuguese than Greeks. And I couldn't understand why the Portuguese joined in the party...

I haven't read all the posts but there is a mistake in the first post: when they say that there are 10 characters, they mean that there will be 10 NPCs that will be able to join your party... Therefore, you can't count the main character amongst them and that reduces the number of known characters to only 6...

I just watched the movie and I found it pretty neat! There were many scenes that were hilarious: I especially liked when the cat was staring with its huge cute eyes... That film was really funny and was as good as the first one and I hope they will make a part 3... It's nice how the producer manages to take scenes from other movies and replaces them in Shrek's world context and presents them in a funny way! I hadn't laughed like that for a long time! Do you have the same thoughts about it?

Actually, BIS isn't the company behind the BG games and has somehow "stolen" Bioware's fame when those games were released... If you check the list of games BIS has made, it's just a pack of s**t... Fallout games? Pwah! IWD games? They were mediocre! Planescape? Awful game that gets quickly boring! Lionheart? Let's not even talk about it! On the other hand, BG was really good but wasn't made by BIS, so they can't get any glory out of it... I don't know why you guys support BIS (or its ex-members) that much, since they haven't done anything really good... I was hoping much out of IWD2 and BG3 and they disappointed me... I am still giving a chance to them with Kotor 2 and I hope it will be a decent game. Look at Bioware: they have so many rewards for their games and their games are really briliant! BG2 is my favorite game of all time! Kotor is marvellous, just as NWN is... And I am sure Dragon Age will be an even better game! Cheers.

I still can't believe that some people DO buy that kind of stuff... Common, if you have the old movies on DVD or video tape format (the latter is my case, and I am perfectly happy with it as I recorded the movies from TV), why would you buy this "new" commercial crap?

I tried this one (in a hurry though) and I got 115... Well, this is the 3rd IQ test I have taken and I can say that all of them are crappy! This one, for instance, had only questions with figures... A good IQ test must have questions that test all of your intellectual capacities...

Mangas are those tiny japanese black&white comic books and there are loads of them out there. Generally, all those animes that you watch are tv adaptations of those comic books but are not made by the same authors. Usually they have the same story, some episodes are changed or some are even added but the spirit remains the same. The only difference is that those cartoons are designed for a young public and thus don't have extremely violent contents or mature discussions in them (by saying that I mean discussions that have serious and philosophical themes such as the meaning of life, the value of human life, revenge, courage, solitude, and other -maybe stereotypical but still enjoyable- topics). Mangas are designed for a broader public (mainly a young public) but does also include adults as some specific series present some aspects of life that only adults can perceive due to their experience. Anyway, I discovered mangas with DragonBall when I was 12 and then I started reading more and more series with different stories, settings(fantasy, historical setting, etc), characters, fighting techniques, etc... All of them may look alike to each other but they are different as each author has his pretty own ideas and opinions and tries to reflect those in their works... Some mangas are enjoyable because they have silly jokes in them, others are enjoyable because of the incredible fights, others are enjoyable because of the charismatic characters,etc... There are tons of mangas out there that can match anyone's tastes... As for me, I reading 15 series that are from different genres but I find all of them really captivating: for those who know about mangas, I particularly like "Naruto" and "Samurai Deeper Kyo"... I did it just for the fun of it... After reading the whole thing carefully, the website says that I do have to pay a little something to get my IQ report but they also sent a mail (after registering) that I could get my report "at no cost"... That is very confusing and I guess I will give up...

You say that the events that happened on the 11th of september were a tragedy... I do agree with that but you have to see what happens on the other side... While I am totally against terrorism, there are a few reasons that explain why people from other countries (especially muslims) hate the US (and the occidental world) but those reasons doesn't excuse them for having killed innocent people... First of all, the worst ennemy of the Islamic world are the Jews and for some reason (I won't get into details) they have affiliated the US with the Jews, which explains the hartred. Moreover, the US didn't have a very good foreign policy during the last decades, many wars were waged, many innocents were killed (especially in third-world countries), the US makes profit out of everything, occidentals live in decent conditions (generally speaking), the US are implemented everywhere in the world making business, etc... The fact is that the Occidental world is progressing, but at what cost? Poor countries become poorer, noone cares about them nor about their people (think of everyone starving in Africa), the climate changes because we don't care about the environment (the desert and the hot weather are expanding in Africa), people get killed just for economic interests... Where is the justice in all that? Someone is responsible for all this suffering... Muslims are just desperate and think they have to bring justice themselves... Anyway, that may be a poor excuse for hating the US but they need to find someone responsible and this automatically leads to the most powerful and richest countries... They suffer while we live better... I remember watching an interview of a famous muslim religious leader in the UK (I can't recall his name) who was perdicting the future of Europe. He said: "Do you see all those people around me? Well, all this will change in the future! All women will be wearing headscarfs, all the people will be muslims, everyone will speak arabic...(and other stuff like that)"... This guy is crazy but that is what many hope to achieve by waging their religious war against the occidental world... This is sad but this is the way it is and we will have to leave with the threat of terrorism... Our parents lived during the "Cold War", we live during the "Terrorism War"... It's true that the Us are in a complicated situation: they accuse them for invading Irak but they also ask them to keep their troops or else there will be a civil war... Well, it's still Bush's fault: if he hadn't waged that war, he wouldn't have been in that s*** right now... You say that the US have helped rebuilding Irak... That's partially true... I aknowledge that they are doing whatever is possible and they have changed quite a few things compared to before... But the problem of security remains, Irakis are afraid for their lives... Not much has been restored yet and people still live in precarity (electricity for example gets down many times per day)... If the US was more concerned about helping other countries instead of extracting their resources or making commerce and profit, that would have been better... But that is the image people have of the US and I think it will be difficult changing it...

You say that Clinton bombed serbia without asking anyone... Wrong, it's the European Union itself (through NATO) that asked the US to help them resolve that conflict. The UE didn't know what to do because there was a lack of consensus when they had to take a decision and they believed that the US was in the best position to put an end to everything... You say Bush didn't want Iraki oil... Are you sure about that? He said he wanted to restore democracy in Irak... That's BS, the american administration hasn't done much yet in Irak and be sure that when the american troops will leave, a civil war will start... He said that he wanted to rebuild Irak... That's BS, I watch documentaries every week about how people live in Irak and nothing has been done yet: the economy is at its lowliest levels, the people are poorer and poorer, nothing has been reconstructed (the building and roads haven't been rebuilt)... On the other hand, Bush has accelerated the production of oil (did I mention that he owns oil companies), all the contracts were passed with american oil companies and Bush has managed to remove the embargo that was set by the UN on Irak (just to have the oil exported)... That's BS, there weren't weapons (Irak didn't have the means to produce them) and even if it had some, Irak couldn't be a menace to the world... When you say that Irak has MDW, that was a few years ago... Since then, many missiles have been destroyed and UN inspectors (in the late 90's) during their numerous investigations didn't find more dangerous weapons... Do you like Bush that much as to support him in these boards? This plot thing with MDW being in Syria might be a possibilty but still is highly improbable... I am bored to explain that now but if you wish, we can continue this discussion...

By the way, I also remember watching a documentary in which they said that Usama's family was gathered in New York for business meetings with Bush's administration (or something like that, what matters is that they were affiliated to Bush) during the month of September 2001... When the events happened on the 11th, instead of keeping them for interrogation, he put a private jet at their disposal to help them have a safe return in Egypt... Too much conspiracy... :ph34r: Who to believe?
