fallout. to be honest, i never really was able to get in to baldurs gate. it was a good game and i finished it, but not to the point where i would agree with a lot of people who seem to love it. :ph34r:

im wondering if people would considering it on part or better even if only the bugs were fixed. realistically, the bugs are the only factual evidence people can use as to why the game isnt up to par with kotor1. people cant really use storyline as proof, since storyline is all about opinion. so im curious to see how many people would actually be praising the game if they were able to play through relatively bug free.

seriously? good thing i didnt buy mine right at release. i got the gold edition one (came with sou) for $49.99. as for most disappointing game....probably star wars: battlefront. it wore out its fun factor after about 2 days (thats including multiplayer with buddies). not worth the $70 or so i spent on it.

the graphics in the tv commercials look really good. although i havent played a resident evil game since the original playstation, and i dont have a gamecube so i wont be playing this one either.

the crystal increases in power each time you increase in power (i think whenever you level up). just go see kreia about it each time you increase in power and she'll instruct you to remove it from your lightsaber so she can study it. let her study it and then put it back in your lightsaber.

i did all that. sided with vrook and the militia versus the mercenaries and was completely lightside and i never had the quest log say completed.

i believe theyre doing a tv series set in that time period, where luke skywalker is a jedi master and setting up the new jedi academy. but i dont know if itll have characters like karrde, mara or thrawn in it.

i liked nar shadaa. although the entertainment district seemed rather empty in terms of actual quests and such. i think my favorite was onderon. it seemed to have its own story going on that didnt necessarily have to do with your own story.

why? the good thing about the zahn trilogy is grand admiral thrawn. other than him (plus the characters like mara and karrde), theres not much to base a game off of unless you want them to make thrawn or those two show up, which imo would be dumb.

i think revan should be a male for the "official" continuity. as far as the games go, then by all means leave it up to the player. but i think they should decide on an "official" gender and alignment for eu continuity.

galactic civil war period. something about the empire versus the rebellion that will always have a soft spot in my heart. btw, its being anal, but the yuuzhan vong period isnt the salvatore novels. he only wrote one of the books (the first one). other authors did the rest of the series.

unless it was just a glitch in my game, atris looked like she had a cleft-pallet (sp?). she had this weird...scar or something right under her nose that went about half-way to her top lip. and i was very disappointed with how old she seemed. maybe they just got the wrong voice to do her dialogue or something, but she sounded like she was in her 40's or 50's, rather than being a possible "love interest" about bastila's age.

its been a while since ive read it, so if the descriptions are a bit off, take that into account, but the main thing is... -making exar kun out to be this god-jedi, where all the other jedi dont have a chance against him unless they all band together. didnt it take like 20,000 jedi to combine their strength just to beat him? thats ridiculous. thats the main and only thing, although im not fond of kevin j anderson's creation of the sun crusher either, or the fact he makes kyp durron seem so much stronger than luke skywalker.

the first game wasnt as "great" as you make it out to be either. one of your biggest beefs (or atleast one of the ones i think ive seen you mention, i get you confused with jedimasterrevan and dr cloak) is the easy combat. kotor1 had that too.
