Thats completely true, I didnt think of it that way. Expert mode for first playthrough it is is. Im not mad enough for path of the damned, Hard should be challenging enough.

Just like when I first played BG1 with zero clue and no hints and died 100 times to the first Ogre, and then equipped an uber looking magic belt which turned me into a woman .... YES I THINK I WILL! Hard difficulty + Expert Mode and I know nothing about this game, I WANT IT BRUTAL!

I only read the classes section. I have resisted reading anything about this game at all up until now and Im gonna play it blindly on hard difficulty. Should I also turn off the hints? I read thats also an option in the manual.

I cant wait for this game, Ive been waiting for it since BG2, dreaming for over a decade for a single game that could be similar and even half as good. So to pass the time I thought I'd share what I'm going to be playing the game on. BEHOLD! What do I have in there? I7 980 (old but still great) Asus Rampage III Extreme 12 Gb ram SLI Gigabyte GTX 970s 2 x 4 Tb HDD 2 x 1 Tb Samsung EVO 840s in Raid 0 (my games are all installed here!) Creative X Fi HD soundcard Asus ROG Swift Gsync monitor Old secondary Acer G24 monitor Corsair K70 Cherry Red keyboard Logitech G700s mouse (not in the picture, this is a new mouse) I hope the game will run on this setup!

I have a box of super duper knockout pills from the doctors to help me sleep ... But they tend to knock me out for around 12-15 hours.

Im going to be starting on hard difficulty, and for my first party Im thinking of using: Fighter (melee / tank) Barbarian (melee / tank) Rogue (ranged) Ranger (ranged) Wizard (spells + range) Priest or Druid Then I want to leave the newer unique classes for future playthroughs.

We might not 'need' SSAA, but then by that logic we don't 'need' video games or computers either. It sucks when you buy a modern high end graphics card, or two and cant use more than MSAA in your games that are running at 120+ FPS. If players have a setup powerful enough to run SSAA, then they should be able to use it. Nvidia driver over rides rarely work on anything, however forcing SSAA, or SGSSAA is possible in a lot of games using some third party program I cant remember the name of, but its very technical stuff to do.
