  1. I just made a little mistake of buying an obsidian order title thinking it would give me a better forum badge too, I hope they will refund that for me.
  2. Awwww. I actually ordered the obsidian order think thinking that had a better badge but it didn't. Now I need to think of a catchy custom title ...
  3. You know that VIP badge looks fancy, I might have to pay more for it if I still can.
  4. IMO this is the exact kind of artstyle and game engine that Obsidian should have stuck too. NWN 1 & 2 would have been many times better if they hadn't had the clunky, buggy early 3D engines they were built on. Here's for the future, and my hope that Obsidian keep making games with this artstyle and engine.
  5. I originally had pledged the late backer thing through this site as I missed the kickstarter, but a few weeks ago I emailed obsidian about wanting to upgrade to the royal edition and they allowed me to upgrade my pledge to a total of $80 which also got me the kickstarter badge, royal edition, and hero edition keys.
  6. I personally award this game only 1/10. ... On a reverse scale where lower is better.
  7. I thought you also got a download key with the physical copy?
  8. It was more to do with the layout, and the smithy and inn are in the same locations.
  9. Well ofc because I saved $10 on the royal edition and got a hero edition key to sell.
  10. At this point, 14 year olds are likely to say Crysis looks like ****. Sure, it was cutting edge and exploded high-end video cards back when it came out, but it came out almost 7 years ago. Yes but crysis has that can it run meme still going for it.
  11. I ended up picking the dwarf race with tattoos on its face which gets an accuracy bonus against wildlings, but mainly for the +2 might which I think also affects wizard's spell and ability damages. I min maxed and went with 21 str and 18 int, with 9 dex and 10 everything else.
  12. Wow there's a way to save the hostage without having to fight? I managed to bluff them not to kill him, but still had to fight.
  13. It feels and looks so similar, and the Wizard you help is similar to Garrick. I cant even remember the names of the town or the wizard.
  14. I havnt played a chanter yet, but the idea seems similar to bard songs in typical DnD games. You play a chant just as a bard would a song, and it either buffs your group or debuffs the enemies.
  15. Oh noooeeeeesssss it doesn't look like Cryisis!!! Negative points just because lelelelel.
  16. I'm playing on hard and expert and its just challenging enough. Seriously though for any proper RPG fan, expert mode is a must even on normal difficulty. Its not hard to grasp the game if you've already played the infinity engine ones.
  17. OMG I cant wait for EA to buy out Obsidian and then 'streamline' everything about the game, make it console friendly, and a first person action RPG with 'mash one button to make something awesome hasta happen!'.
  18. I got a black wurm pet and blank cloak with nothing on it. Just realized from a post above that it can be crafted on.
  19. Well for my first character I made a squishy mage :D I like mages. Seems that he can also do traps and locks so I might not need a rogue.
  20. I went for a pizza at 3:55. I came back and its ready! Just applying the final preload updates.
  21. Yep but you can pick your party members based on class.
