It's Friday!
I never realized who much junk Europe littered the world with in the 90s.. Luckily it's mostly Swedish! But keeping in the 90s spirit. Dr

The World's Best Special Forces
No wonder they were freaked - turned out they had a reason to as well..

What are you playing now?
Interesting observation which I'd echo. I wonder if it was simply that anyone smart enough to code a mod got turned off long before they wanted to make a mod? Most likely the revelant tools were never released or were inadequate, thus making it too time consuming to alter the game beyond making maps with the standard editor..

Germany scraps nuke power
But governments focusing on it and thus creating an incentive to advance the technology, so the companies can make money, is good - no?

Germany scraps nuke power
While nuclear is nowhere as clean or good as some claim, it is without a doubt a better alternative to coal and gas.. I agree completely, I'd rather deal with radioactive waste than the political ****-storm ala the oil crisis in the 70's, which could arise from China and Russia sitting on the main line.

Farcry 2 has some good moments.. If you are patient you can plant IEDs, start fires and snipe a few guards to cause complete chaos - it's pretty fun when you've killed off 80% of a base and the few remaining NPC starts mumbling and screaming 'cause they are scared. But if they spot you, every NPC in a 30 miles radius will know your exact location ..

FO: NV (DLC)
But the fish were so nice.. Pure vanilla I get no crashes at all, but the mods I have cause the game to be somewhat unstable. It's not a very good engine.

Videogames to be presented in Smithsonian art exhibit
I'm happy that Shadow of The Colossus made it on there.. It's one of the most artistic games I've seen. Heavy Rain is an interesting pick, but I see why - but Mass Effect 2? I think they should've gone with Homeworld for the space theme.

Keeping Drizzt kit
you disgust me Gorth... (edit: I thought you wrote "he" instead of "she" - all is forgiven) I fully approve of this thread Walsh and I plan to utilize this plan on my next game.. I always thought Drizzt was a ***** ****.

FO: NV (DLC)
it fits better with the cowboy theme of NV, but burning someone alive and dumping them in the Colorado River seems more like what Caesar would do. Also - I'm very much looking forward to this.. I didn't really like Dead Money as my head blew up way too often.
