The game autosaves every time you accept a mission. Quitting usually isn't an option for me because I am always on the verge of bankruptcy whenever I start a mission.

I like the game, but the missions are kinda short compared to older mechwarrior games. I remember bigger maps and in mission repair rigs. Given that this game is turn based I don't understand why this is the case. Is that the one with the ammo crates. Use the explosions to damage the enemy mechs, you will lose a couple of ammo crates but will be able to mop up faster. Forget chasing after the trucks.

So, I kept playing, and I like the campaign story missions as well as the freelance stuff. I'm a few main missions into the game. However, I still don't have a mech that I like. This is a problem. The light mechs seem like they could be fun to use, jumping around and engaging vehicles, hitting turret generators and such. There is no tonnage limit though, I rather, I am nowhere near hitting it, so why would you ever use a light mech.

Yeah, I like playing Barbie dress-up with my PCs, I prefer looking at a female run cycle too. I'm the guy with the fur bikinis in Skyrim.

Yeah so far the all look pretty lame.

I think it's supposed to be for light mechs with weak firepower to use in their turn.

Not sure there is much of a tactical layer other than standing in the right environment to get bonuses. Why is there no overwatch so you can ambush a blip on the radar screen for instance. There should be more places light mechs can go but heavies can't. Elevation bonuses to aim. The animations are kinda lackluster.

Umm my campaign saves don't load. I can only click on 'continue' and that does nothing.

Well I ran my mercenary empire into the ground by constantly refitting my mechs and selling off my low tier ones to pay for it. Why is there not a heat efficiency gauge and why don't the mounting points show when I mouse over a weapon. Does the multiple attack skill actually work, my mechs only fire at one target.

During character creation you can chose to be a 'he', 'she' or 'they' Hilarious. I'll go for 'they' why not. I'll be sorely disappointed if I don't get any unique dialogue out of that.

I wish I had a game to be addicted to. Doesn't happen that often anymore. I like my fix of competitive multiplayer, games where I can get in and out in an hour.

I was big into Hong Kong cinema, what can I say. Notice that there is a narrative of overcoming your fear and transformation, more pronounced in the first clip from Fist of Legend. It's basically 'use the force Luke' but better. The gang soldier from Hard Boiled who looks like James Brown is the coolest guy ever.

mmm, not even the humble bushwhacker. Mostly the older designs that look bipedish. not a lot of cool factor in the Atlas if you ask me.

The prodution quality is way off. Seems like they have been doing the past few seasons with cardboard cutouts and bad CGI. The thing is once you are no longer striving for excellence then everything starts to slip. Man that kid took forever to die.

The Walking Dead ending was garbage, I don't know how I held out for that long anyway.

I'm also glad The Expanse is back, buuuut the new storyline with the president's speech writer does not look good. 'Faith angle'. Yawn, and a lot of 'situation room drama', and obviously she is going to discover Errinwright is responsible for the plot and there will be a coup attempt against the president a la 24. I'm bored already. And now we have protomolecule super soldiers, great, except they are kids. So what now, Enders Game ? What's the rule, never work with kids or animals.

So, I have a customer support email open where I paste the driver details for my GTX 1070 in my gmail, there is a lot of system information going on and It must have had 'GTX1070' in there dozens of times. The next time I open youtube I see random videos that have the numbers 1070 in the title. Google's algorithms are kinda, well, dumb ? How does this make them money.
