I don't bet, but if I would, I would say that Fallout 76 will be an online game. Maybe an online RPG or a shooter. Who says the SIMS can't have noob ganking. My thinking is that content packs a la the sims is how they want to keep the money rolling.

So who wants to bet Fallout will be the sims with base building. That way they can keep releasing new minor stuff like wasteland workshop and new buildables with minimal effort.

It's kinda funny they are suing Epic, who made Unreal Tournament, which has a battle royale mode. I think it's called 'Last man standing'. One of the first to ever do it. Sour grapes and desperation.

I agree with the general sentiment. Bethesda has lost their mojo when it comes to Fallout games, shop it out and oversee instead. As a publisher they tend to do pretty well.

I dunno, ganking newbs and taking their canned tuna fits pretty well into the whole wasteland raider theme. The problem is if everything is designed around online coop and factions and so on. It destroys the singler player experience every time. To my memory no one has ever been able to do both equally well in the same game.

I'm thinking you're right... Well they already decided to overload the Wasteland with a ton of people in Fallout 4, so I guess a flood of chosen vault dwellers makes sense. So what is it. I looked on their stream and it was just a fallout style TV busy signal with Django Reinhard playing in the background. Are they trying to be clever. We don't care THAT much after their recent lackluster showing with FO4
