Agreed, no real hard prof only indirect incrimination, but it's enough for the masses. edit: A way to prove if it's true is to ask the police if evidence has been submitted, Quinn was pretty adamant about it being sent to the police/FBI.

Why not, mind you it doesn't have to be photoshop she could have doctored it in the irc client (or someone could have done it for her) and then just posted it as screen shot. She could even be lying about giving it to the police (FBI?!?), it's enough to use it as a tool to turn the masses around. Mind you this does look like something 4chan would do, so it's either true or it will be really hard to prove otherwise as they are already viewed in a bad light. (So maybe it's not that stupid after all)

The funny thing is that people expect that every single quest in PoE will be doable with stealth/diplomacy/etc. If 1/3 of the quest are doable without combat I am going to be surprised.

I did come in to it from IWD2 (my favorite IE game) and I still can't understand why half of the things were done. Also the atmosphere of PoE is nowhere near that of IWD2, though that could be due to the fact that we don't start the game from the beginning. I won't even go in to the combat system which in it's current form is sub-par, not even comparable to IWD2.

I started it when it came out, but the serialization was confusing as ****. I don't know if they wanted to axe it or what but releases were very sporadic. I'm gonna continue it when they end this season.

Put a penalty on switching weapons that is greater then the recovery time.

Ok, but then limit the recovery penalty to ranged weapons only. Also I don't remember kitting working for all encounters in the IE games, either the enemy was not kiteable or you were in a limited space (indoors). I think you are overblowing the proportions of the problem here.

In some cases my load times were longer for entering buildings then changing a map, but I guess buildings are done as separate maps in PoE.

Ok I'm still not done with my playthrough of the beta, but I can say this anyways, load times for entering buildings is way too long and I'm using an ssd...
