It predates Erdogan and it's on a national level, he is pretty much telling them what they want to hear.

Exactly! That is the system we chose and continue to chose it so we are responsible for it. Also don't think that it's only about Iraq. My country also holds a grudge for what you did to us in WW2, 1990 and 1999. In my region, there isn't a single country in which the people would not wish harm upon each other in hopes that it would somehow make it's own situation better. Croatia is getting military equipment (from the West (US I think)) that can be converted to a range where they can launch missiles at us (Serbia) and they are licking their lips about it. Apart from that they are constantly look for a way to trip us up. Albania is looking for any way it can to destabilize the region around it and annex Kosovo to it's borders. Macedonia is fighting a battle with it's own people because it's Muslim population has gotten so high it's influence can now cause a civil war and it's changing one puppet regime for another. Bosnia has Muslim terrorist training camps in it that are operating unchecked and the country it self is falling apart because the system that is in place is unable to do anything about that. Bulgaria is just falling apart economically, because the west won't help and they can't look to the east for fear of economic reprisal from said west. Hungary is pissed at us for letting immigrants through even though they would have probably condemned us as monsters with the rest of the world for not helping them otherwise. I won't even go in to the past conflicts and misdeeds, because that would need and essay to explain and would include the whole of Europe.

See if the people your government oppressed care when they come knocking.

Conflict and holding a grudge is human nature. Every person would like to see bad things happen to their enemies instead of themselves, very rarely will you encounter a saint that is willing to sacrifice himself. Democracy is the world you live in and in democracy the people are responsible for what their government does. So yeah, there are no innocent people, inaction it self is crime in the eyes of those who are suffering. Don't like it, well though titties.

Well in Turkey it's thought that everything that was once a part of the Ottoman Empire is still rightfully theirs, that tells a lot to what their disposition would be in the case of them being left unchecked. Those Innocent people would not lift a finger or say a word in defense of the countries that would be attacked, more than likely they that would cheer.

So would Russia annexing Turkey.

I know, I know, but one can always hope.

Change your profile picture (If you haven't changed it within two weeks)

Haven't been here that long to warrant a change, maybe in a decade. -
There were some discussions and I got that impression. Also it's considered to be the weakest of the IE games.

Well most of the people here will tell you that it is the worst Infinity Engine game for them. As for me, it's my favorite game out of them (I'm a little biased though as this was my first IE game). The atmosphere is great and it's what makes it really stand out. The story is pretty standard, although it's not really you saving the world but the Ten Towns. Also be warned that the game is linear, although it was designed to be so (it's a dungeon crawler). The length of the game is huge by today's standards. All in all I say give it a shot. If it doesn't hook you by the end of chapter one, you can always drop it.

I'm still waiting for pretty much any game from that genre on a PC. It's been a long time since the last DMC...

Just finished SC2: Legacy of the Void and I have to say, that ending was tailor made for me. Leaves me wondering what they will do with SC3 (will there even be a third part?). Now we wait for War Craft 4 RTS game.

Why hypocrisy though?

PoE sells 500K units
Sarex replied to Eisenheinrich's topic in Pillars of Eternity: General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)
I don't think POE2 being made was ever a question, I'm just wondering will it be via KS or did they make enough money for a sequel. -
Who ever ordered this to happen just did Russia a big favor, any doubt that the Russian people had about NATO and the conflict against the "Islamic State", is now no more. I was just watching the video of muslims shooting at the parachuting Russian pilot and I can tell you that this single video did more for Putin than any propaganda out there. He can now safely boost his military spending and some pants are going to be shat.

Ok here is a quick guide from my experience as far as noise is concerned. First, CPU coolers: - All in One (AIO) water kits are not that quiet, it's usually the pump that is a culprit, so unless you want to spend 250-350 bucks skip them. - An air cooler is great because you can get similar performance for less cash (80$ or less), and you can pretty much only hear them when it's dead quiet and you are listening for it. The down side to them is that they take up a lot of space and sometimes cause compatibility issues with other components. (I use Noctua NH-D15) - If you want to go really cheap and you don't plan to overclock (getting a non K cpu) you can just get a new fan for the stock intel cooler (I would recommend a Noctua PMW fan). Second, Cases: - Any big brand will usually offer quality (build material) cases. The difference usually comes down to esthetics and to a lesser degree (at least nowadays) modability and airflow. Again it comes down to if you plan to overclock or not. If you don't, then you would want a case with the least amount of holes in it (more holes more ways for noise to get out and dust to get in) and preferably being made from mostly aluminum. There are even some cases out there with sound isolation material in it. Also see that you get a case without fans, 90% of the time they are crap and you would want to replace them, so grab a case with 2 vents (front and back) and put your own fans in it (again Noctua is the way to go). And third, PSU (power supply unit): - Here is where you would want to invest some cash. A PSU is a foundation of your PC, so it a smart idea to shell out for a decent PSU, it will be efficient and make less heat which makes for less noise. Seasonic makes great PSUs (other brands also use their PSUs, they just put their sticker on them). Ah, yes, I forgot about a graphics card. Hmmm, well they will get noisy under strain, there is no way around that unless you want to water cool them which is an expensive endeavor. But that tends to be less important, because when they are under strain you will usually have some other noise to cover them up, like games or movies. Anyways the thing you want to watch out for is their noise when they are not in use. Asus Strix series is great for that, because the fan doesn't spin at all when the card is not in use, so no noise. All in all Humanoid's recommendation is great.

Damn maybe I should bump up my RAM to 2666Mhz, but then I will lose my adaptive voltage (curse intel and their lack of giving a ****). @CAIN Another question to ask yourself is how quiet do you want your PC to be. The stock cooler will be very noisy when it spins up and not all GPU coolers are made equal, same goes for cases.

Since I wrote that, the game has also added immunity to afflictions. Since those don't prevent you from inflicting damage, they're obviously not hard counters either. Could be, but I don't remember Josh explaining it quite like that. Not that it matters, as long as they are going back to what was good.

I bet some policies are going to be changed in France after this.
