  1. That would be very effective - but unfortunately quite illegal. Alright, how 'bout one that simply sends the IP address of the user and the name of the game pirated to, say, an FBI server? The problem with that is that the US has no power to regulate whats put on servers/torrents that exist outside of the country. It may be somewhat effective for those inside the US that pirate, but I think thats a drop in the ocean.
  2. Aww, I see youre all ate up with angry again, I suggest Bioware.
  3. Thats always made me wonder, why dont the developers ever take a step back and say "whoa, that just wrong"? Its like nothing is taboo to them anymore. Their forums are a mess of preteen spankery, with developer responses, that Im often surprised dont violate the T&C of their parent company rules.
  4. She does VO for a bunch of characters and is the object of desire for nerds across the planet.
  5. Im not sure if I should laugh or cry at this.
  6. Well if youve read the other suicide thread, you will see that people are no longer even capable of dying without the government setting up a program, funded by the rich, to assist them.
  7. Took my wife to see Just Go With It over the weekend. Surprisingly, it had several laugh out loud moments and Jennifer Aniston can still rock a bikini.
  8. For strategy type Naval games, alanschu was doing an LP of War in the Pacific, which looks to be nicely detailed and accurate.
  9. I just wandered across the case of Anneliese Michel, after watching a link from that video. Very sad, as it seems a bunch of hysterical dingbats took a schizophrenic girl and starved her to death while/during attempts to exorcise demons from her. Its sad to think that something like that can happen in modern times in a developed country. How can people honestly believe in "possession"?
  10. Huh, for some reason I thought Gromnir was in Illinois.
  11. I havent had to worry about "dating" in over a decade, I probably wouldnt even know how to act. >_
  12. The Exorcist freaked me out a bit as did Amityville Horror. Just rewatching the from The Exorcits makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up.
  13. That was more a case of unfloridated water, no?
  14. Paid for by "the rich" no doubt.
  15. Doomsday is only #46! Whats this nonsense? He single handedly killed Superman!
  16. Wow, are you seriously nitpicking "before fascism was even defined"? Anyway, WoD is right, as its first known use was in 1921.
  17. Thats one of the best Chappelle show skits EVAR.
  18. Then I suppose they shouldnt base "humanitarian releases" on junk science.
  19. Sure is weird that he defies modern medicine and continues to life. Must be the excellent health care system in Libya.
  20. Happy Birthday!!!!
  21. Does it really? Is that the deciding factor here? Are there a bunch of guys on the fence who are going to now run to pre-order the game because it has fellatio? Maybe there are, I guess I am disconnected. You should go take a peek over at Bioware's board. Dont forget to wear a poncho.
  22. That one's always bothered me. Surely that's the definition of a scientific trial? Repeat until data points (n) n>30. Im not sure I follow you here. If every time I combine 2 parts hydrogen with 1 part oxygen it produces water, wouldnt expecting the same combination to suddenly create wine be a bit daft? Heh, thats human nature. The problem is never ourselves, its the rest of the world.
  23. All Im saying is that you've had 20-something years of being miserable and "elite" and you see how thats worked out for you, perhaps a shift in your philosophy would be more beneficial? To steal Wals idea, Einstein's quote: "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." Lol, QQ harder. Fatty.
