What are you playing now?
I always just equip whichever pieces of gear say "recommended". Im sure that, along with some suspect Powers and Feat choices, will come back to bite me soon. Reached level 30 and met a dungeon end boss that actually killed me. I stared at the screen long and hard and then logged off to think about what I had done.

You're not far off. The play was sanctioned by Music Theater International in New York and I think the Jr. designation just stands for a truncated version of the original that they distribute to middle schools. The whole thing ran ~1h15m. EDIT: Fiddler on the Roof JR.

What you did today
^Remember, lift with your knees. Last night I attended my daughters middle school rendition of Fiddler on the Roof, Jr. I had never seen that play in any form so it was good fun and they have some surprisingly talented singers.

What's going on in Boston?
But that's a one-time investment. After that you can churn out undetectable and untraceable weapons all day. But you do have a point that anyone can create a zip gun.

Military debate - winning wars, winning battles
That's really surprising to me. Considering England's gun laws and laws on "weapons" in general (cant even carry a pocket knife), I would have expected them to also outlaw toy weapons so as not to encourage children to "play" with guns.

Neverwinter Online
Reached level 21 yesterday before calling it a night. At level 20 I gained access to a mount but unfortunately, after 20 levels of looting everything that didn't get out of my way, I still only have around 2.5 gold pieces and mounts cost 5 gold. And now it takes 6 hours for my mercenary to perform 1 job, so that's really slowed to a crawl.

Im glad I don't have that problem. I fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow and sleep soundly until the morning alarm.

Without the Cleric companion I would be having a much less fun time. I think Ive been spoiled by the WoW mage. In that system the mage can conjure food and water which heals and replenished mana respectively. If I got low on either I could go pop a squat behind a bush and voila, a few seconds later and I was all better.

That picture brings a question to mind. Since that looks like a Bobby police helmet I will assume the picture is from England. Do they sell toy guns in England?

Yep. Go down to Compton, CA and I can probably get it cheaper than you. But of course you mean can I get a fully automatic weapon legally. The answer is no, fully automatic weapons are illegal for average citizens to own.

Update #52: Monk!
I think that's a byproduct of 3.5 & 4E which Sawyers seems to be drawing a lot of inspiration from. Everyone can do everything with little to no efficiency drop off. Make that "Everyone can do everything, although with some efficiency drop off" and it'll likely be more accurate. To me, it's like thinking of a special forces team. It's not like nobody but the medic can apply a bandage, or that the scout is the only one who can sneak. Specialists do it best, but anyone with a scoped rifle can do a passable job as a sniper. I said "little to no drop off". Is "some" more than "little"? Sawyer: "I like strawberries. Strawberries are tasty." Gfted1: "Sawyer hates strawberries." Reading comprehension FTW. Are you in the middle of having a stroke or something? You seem denser than usual.

Neverwinter Online
Im finding it fairly entertaining. Ive never actually played 4E but a response from a different thread: Okay, I misspoke a bit, I guess. I'm sure there's just enough bits and pieces of D&D rules in there to satisfy WotC, but as far as skills and feats and weapon damage and combat modifiers, none of that really resembles D&D at all. I mean the have things like Armor Class, and Heroic and Paragon feats, but they all work much differently than tabletop D&D, at least that's how it feels to me. I'm sure the amount of experience needed to level is likely the same as in tabletop D&D, but the way you gain experience is different. Not to mention that in tabletop D&D you're generally not going to be slicing through hundreds of mobs per hour. This is all fine with me, since tabletop D&D is a terrible system for video games in unmodified form, particularly for an MMO where you will be constantly battling huge numbers of mobs.
