It makes me want to wash my eyes out with soap, but Im going to have to agree with BVC that "you can't expect the average common citizen to really understand who is the best person to run a country". Imo, average people only "understand" a few key points that are important to their lives and really have no concept of what it takes in a leader to "run a country".

Wrt the UK, its not anger, its like.....if you go to a bar and one of your friends is being a jacktard but they think they are being clever/ funny/ tough/ etc. but they don't have the sense to be embarrassed so you become embarrassed FOR them. That kind of thing. I have a respect for the UK, hell at one time the "sun never set" on their empire. But in this case their parliament was literally reduced to hurling childish insults while shaking their fists at the heavens and it made me want to cover my eyes and peek through my fingers.

I find bees mesmerizing. Right off my back patio are two bushes that bloom with hundreds if little white flowers and bees are crazy for it. All during the spring and summer there will be dozens of bees on each bush just hopping from flower to flower doing their thing. Ill just sit there at the table drinking a beer or grilling and stare at them in fascination. They don't mess with me, I don't mess with them.

I did ~7 years and made E5 in that time. Sometimes I wonder if I should have just done my 20 and retired out at 38 years old. I wonder what the monthly payout is assuming I would have topped out at E6? Enough to live on or you would still need a job after retiring? Joining the military was one of the best decisions Ive ever made.

See, the problem with being snarky is you have to pay attention and be accurate. Ive never said I suck at the IE games, I suck at PoE, genius. And the beautiful thing about Story Mode is that CaptainMace never ever has to activate it, thus avoiding the hurt in the butt.

You know, in my head I'm still a young buck but then you get reminded how much time has passed. Getting old is the worst.

I'm torn on Story Time. On one hand it provides me the motivation to finally get around to installing the game but on the other hand I'm a story-lite kind of person and really enjoy the combat in games over story. This mode doesn't do anything to improve that front for me since the combat hasn't changed, just been greatly reduced. Meh, Ill just wait another 6-12 months until all the bugs and spontaneous class/rules changes play out.

Doesn't Steam now offer refunds for any reason within a certain period of time? Maybe you can try that route? And wait, now using the console breaks the stronghold in addition to achievements? Is that another layer of punishment or a weird glitch?

You can still do this in PoE, or not, your choice! I have never played a game balanced around players resting after every battle. Can you give me an example?
