Finished up season 1 of Luke Cage. Its interesting to me that, imo, the slower pace of the show is both a strength and a weakness. Strength in that its not constand beat-em-up which is a refreshing change but weakness in that sometimes I get bored. Looking forward to season 2.

Ive got vacation days to burn before the end of the year so today I decided to be a productive citizen and renew my drivers license. Man, I cant take a decent picture when I pose. She says "look at this blue dot until you see the flash", so Im staring at this thing for a solid 10 seconds, and in the nanosecond I decide to blink, *flash* goes the light. Sigh. I look like Sneerly McSneersalot.

We started watching Shameless, and I'm only 3 episodes in, but so far its very good.

Haha, never miss an opportunity to miss the point. I never said this topic cant be discussed, I said try to act like an adult. I know youve been at this point for several years now, and tbh, nobody cares. You can like PoE or dislike it, but what we dont need you doing is coming into threads and dropping personal insults. Perhaps you are STILL too enraged for rational thought or whatever but thats your problem. Feel free to vent your spleen wrt PoE and how the mechanics have done you wrong, but please stop with the personal insults. And D3 is better cause I like it better.

Meh, Im not as selective as you guys. I give cash and dont care what they use it for. Whatever gets them through the day isnt for me to judge. There was this one particular bum / bum girlfriend combo that worked a red light I always get caught at and dude was bleeding me dry because they are there every day. Finally had to do the old "roll up the window and look straight ahead" move like I didn't see him standing right next to my car.

I dont donate money to large charities as their operating percetages are usually very high (how much of the charity they keep to run the business). But I am an occasional sucker for the individual bum encountered in the wild. Coincidentally, just this weekend I donated a dresser to Goodwill, but that was because it was easier to do that than to try to figure out how to dispose of it.
