We actually attend a couple different family parties. The "immediate family party" is only around 16 people, its the "cousins party" where things get cray cray. In other news, I have been advised that today is the day that I will be schlepping the Christmas tree and boxes of associated accoutrements down from the overhead garage storage and setting it up. The Flash. S3E7 was awesome and last nights E8 was a nice lead in to the 4-part crossover with Supergirl, Arrow and LoT. Ive never watched Supergirl but the fight scenes alone in Flash are making me reconsider that.

Well, the statement was designed to provoke a response-by-omission, but obviously it is devoid of facts. The vast majority of US citizens attend public schools yet somehow were not all in jail. Weird huh? Any truth in WoD's statement would be focused on the inner-city schools.

Different reasons for different people. Some political, some economical. Most of our immigrants fall into one of those two categories.

I mean, we tend to view others through the lens of our existences and we apply our arbitrary standards. Maybe the general Cuban population is happy with their lives? I never hear of any rabble rousing down there. No "cracking down" by the government or stuff like that. They are never going to be a world player, or a powerhouse economy. Maybe things are fine as far as they are concerned?

What economy do they have? The population is smaller than that of the state 90 miles North. Maybe their society was good for Cubans?
