  1. I dreamt I had a car the other day. It was a very nice and expensive car given to me as a present from god, and I was real worried someone would see this nice car and steal it or do something horrible to it. After much thought, I simply wrote a sign and placed it on the dashboard "I got this car in a dream, please dont steal it." Considering my g/f is black, no. Not really. That's twice the insult since, being your girlfriend, her ass legally belongs to you.
  2. Im sorry, I was too busy pondering this rocksingers unshaven facial hair to pay any attention to any supposed message in this text. Thus, Im going to take the liberty of summing up what I think was the meaning of this text I didnt actually read: terrorists hate freedom. I would therefore suggest a strategy in which we repeatedly freedomize the middle east until its so darn chock-full of freedom that the terrorists willingly surrender themselves, begging to be whisked away to the unfreedomesque safety of Gitmo.
  3. Turtlenecks are not gay and neither are cardigans. Not even if theyre really tight. I saw a gay yesterday and he was wearing one of those dragon-patterned shirts that Krookie loves so much. I also took the opportunity to ask him if it was ok that I used the word "gay" on internet forums and he said it was ok so Im going to continue to use it forever. So I still think the problem lies with the Americans and their size. Of all the Americans I know, Don and Josh are the fattest while Steve is the thinnest having lived in Sweden for an extended period of time. ( not actually their real names, but rather typical Americanese names chosen for proper anonymity )
  4. I was down at Swedens premiere comicbook store today to pick up this sweet and authentic Marvel Captain America tshirt And all was well, except that at the point of purchase, me and the very helpful clerk discovered that not only are these made in every size up to XXXL but not size 'small', but also that the American size "medium" is the equivalent of the European 'Large'. Now, not buying the t-shirt was not an option(Captain America never retreats), so I bravely purchased the largest 'medium' Ive ever seen. It hangs approximately 7-8cm too low on my proud 180cm body. America, I ask you to stop this madness. Make your bodies slenderer and your clothes smaller. Let the fatties go without their licensed mercandise, because the thin people of the world needs it so much more.
  5. This is a bit quick, I thought they werent going to launcg the Geforce9 series until well into 2008 edit: and the nextgen Intel chipsets for desktops are called Wolfsdale(dual) and Yorkfield(quad). penryn is for laptops.
  6. I cant run a mile. We have the metric system
  7. . Typical. After preaching the virtue of martyrdom to the people they have ensnared the leaders put on disguises and try to sneak away. I dont think you have the proper perspective on this. See, cross-dressing is pretty risky bussiness in muslim countries, and to do it in the very center of "put a towel on your head and a bomb in your pants" takes some serious guts.
  8. in a truly socialist society, the common man owns nothing. the variants, i.e. hybrids, pay lip service to property rights, and hence the concept of ownership, but even then, it is only lip service. the state always has the authority to take away whatever it is you have, which means you're really only borrowing it. i.e., your right to own your property is granted by the state, not considered inalienable. more true for real property than it is for a fruitbowl, but property is the only thing that ever matters in the long run (everything else is "in the noise" w.r.t. real value). You know I did a quick google search on "soviet fruitbowl" and it appears you might be right about this: See? No fruitbowl present.
  9. No, no, the common man could own plenty of stuff. Like beach towels, a toaster, a tapedeck, his house, a fruitbowl... thats sort of thing. You could, but that would be no fun. p.s look at this silly monkey!
  10. theft is theft, regardless of which layer the money is taken from. it is not "better" to take it from any layer, it is better to not take it. Oh yeah? But 99% of the worlds resources are owned and controlled by 1% of its population, doesnt that seem illogical? I mean, if you know your Star Trek, you will know that in order to found the federation, build enormous friggin' spaceship and phasers and all that, they not only did a complete redistibution of wealth, but also abolished the monetary system altogether. And if you dont dig that, then you can get right off this fine planet and go party with the Romulans, mister. Because anyone who doesnt like Star Trek and all it stands for, hates freedom and we all know what that means: live long and prosper... in gitmo!!
  11. Exactly. Without all the ridiculous laws and restrictions, companies would be able to put out some real quality stuff. As it is now with the chinese goverments "fundamental design flaws must be present in atleast 5% of all products sold to imperialist pigdogs" law, that's just not going to happen.
  12. First of all Mr. Dog (if that is your real name, that is) I would like to point out that while you have blinded everyone else with your bravado of feigned insight, Im onto you, buddy. It's almost inconcievable that it is only I that have realised the absurdity of engaging in political discussion with a non-homo sapien, in this case a canine of questionable pedigree. As shocking an insight as realising this was, I then came to ponder upon how this particular hound have not only learned how to speak our human language, but have also researched the way our political and economic systems to such an extent that he could find employ as a FoxNews senior correspondant. As more than 326,4% of all canines lack not only the ability to speak, but also the capacity for abstract thought, how come this one does not? Could it perhaps be because of.. oh, I dont know.. he isnt in fact a dog, but rather a person pretending in the guise of a dog? You know Im right, people, this "Guard Dog" is not what he makes himself out to be. He has purpousefully tried to mislead an entire section of the general public, by posing as one of the most kind and trustworthy animal companions of mankind in order to gain our friendship and thereafter corrupt our noble forum from within. He has lied to our faces, he has taken our trust and our innocence and marked his turf on it. Now, can a person who behaves in such a cynical and manipulative way be trusted not to have had a hidden agenda behind every word he has ever written om this forum? Can we take his "facts" to be anything other than carefully fabricated falsifications of the real truth, and can we accept his arguments to be anything else but sugar-coating on his pills of bitter propaganda? No, we can not, and we should not. People of the forum, search in your hearts and minds and you shall know that I am right.
  13. Well, other developers using the U3 engine have reported no problems. Wether this is because they couldnt because of legal issues, or if its because their techs had better luck adapting the engine, remains unknown
  14. Those figures are statistics give little insight into the actual unemployment rate which is significantly higher. They do the same thing in Sweden, we have an official unemployment rate of 3,3% but the actual percentage is calculated to be over 10% and rising steadily. Same thing in the entire EU. Ive seen US estimates of around 12%, but its difficult to verify, it is likely to be over 10% and thats not even counting illegal immigrants. Without going into the exact methods and possibility to influence the economy, it cant be denied that right wing goverments in the US and everywhere else prioritise big bussiness and national economy over social issues like public healthcare and education. So unless you're a millionaire with international bussiness interests, you are most likely better off voting for the 'less-right' wing. And frankly: Cheney&Co are a bunch of damn crooks that have no interest but money... their money.
  15. What the economic policy of the current goverment has done is much the same as any other rightwing goverment in the west(includng Sweden). Its a bit different with you and the efforts in Iraq, but whats going on is big upswing for big bussiness and trade, along with severe cuts into the public sector. While bussiness thrives, people face mass unemployment, increasing living costs and a decrease in living quality. From the birdseye view of national-scale economics, this is great, things are looking increasingly bright. And this is the perspective from which rightwing goverments have always approached economy. The word for people in this situation is that "if bussiness is doing well, there will be more jobs and cooler stuff for you", and 100 years ago that was correct. Today though, a company will reap nulti-billion dollar profits and still make thousands of people unemployed by moving production to southeast asia. Theyre no longer making the best goods they can, but instead sell the cheapest possible stuff at the highest possible prices. A less right-wing goverment than the US republicans would try to balance things more to improve living conditions for regular people. Not by much, but it will be better.
  16. Why are you even running Vista? The only reason would be if you were playing a Dx10 game, which you're not.
  17. I wanted to be a pirate but I ended up as an indeterminate... which is kind of right since Im not you average scurvy saltdog.
  18. Do you honestly believe the American public would ever vote for someone who isnt an old white guy? I mean, seriously?
  19. Im getting increasingly frustrated over the lack of a proper workstation OS. As it is now, the only option for serious 3D work is WinXP64(32bit systems cannot use more than 4gb of RAM) and even then there's a whole bunch of necessary applications that will only run on WinXp32. Vista is utter sh*t. It an unbelievable system hog filled with bloatware that take up space and resources. Most apps wont work at all and those who do are slow and unstable Linux would be the best option but most programs like Zbrush isnt available for Linux, those that have a Linux dist like XSI each demand different distributions to work Xp32 is a system hog compared to Unix-based systems and can only use 3.5gb of RAM XP64 is slow compared to linux and isnt supported by most apps MacOS isnt supported by most apps and also.. it's friggin Apple.. yuck!
  20. So he's had 7 seasons to practice for the real thing! Come on, he's perfect.
  21. I doubt the American people would vote on someone with a name that rhymes with "tit". A president needs a name thats breathes gravitas and oozes of Americanition. There's a reason why the picked Steve Rogers to be Captain America and not his co-candidate Nigel Sinclair. I think America should do the right thing and simply appoint Martin Sheen(anyone who claims his real name is Raoul Estevez hates freedom) president. We've all seen how he handled himself in "West Wing".
  22. An attack on the Simpsons is an attack on freedom itself. This aggression will not stand! BOMB ENGLAND!! ( oh, amnd the reason why gabs hasnt replied yet is because thats damn traitor is already on her way to gitmo for some serious re-education. )
  23. But, to get back to the Presidential conspiracy... which republican candidate is going to win in 2008? McCain, Giuliani, Gingrich?
  24. me became very hungry now and its like 20km to McDonalds  (I dislike Max and Sibylla because their burgers doesnt taste artificial enough) p.s hotdogs are icky and gives you hotdog-belly
  25. http://www.dn.se/DNet/jsp/polopoly.jsp?d=554&a=670772 (swedish link) "This years zionist award goes to.... a nazi!" The World Zionist organisation recently awarded a Swedish man with their annual Herzl award, but little did they know that the person in question is an active member of 'Sverigedemokraterna', the largest nationalist/neo-nazi organisation in Sweden.
