As it is it feels like watching something like Crouching Tiger dubbed <insert eek here> it just feels wrong.. If anyones interested I can run down the combat controls, which are alot less deep than I thought they would be, plays out nice though and very easy to get the hang of.

K1 wasnt a fun experience for many reasons. 1. A twist that you could determine with in game evidence within a a few hours. Then you get to play like a dummy till the game catches up. 2. An end boss that cheats to hide the fact he's a wuss. 3. Lets not forget him dying on the Leviathon which pretty much killed the credibility of the game from that point on.

MGS worked as a prequel because everyone wanted to know about BigBoss and people also wanted to play Snake. There isnt really a point in KOTOR. Aside from Kreai there isnt anyone that interesting or who fits the same sort of criteria as MGS. Sure you could play Revan as he pops off to the Mandalorian wars , but thats not going to play like an RPG. Might make for an interesting spin off game though.

I think HaloII was worse. The ending was very sudden I really wasnt expecting it to end at that point because there was no real end battle of note. KOTOR II at least had an ending which felt like it was going to end.

As clueless as usual I see. The PC started off as a poor version of the Amiga/ST. It couldnt even compare graphically till the VGA cards came along. SVG put it one step ahead. Just as it replaced the previous platforms so the consoles are now replacing it as the platform of choice.

Go look at MGS III.

Because if you want people to buy your console having something on it you cant get elsewhere , especially if it's high profile. Is how it's done. The other reason is , that every console owner is a potential customer for every single game on that console. No need to worry about low spec machines vs high spec machines.

Xboxs dont cost $300 do they ? It's not that simple anyway. Even if you spent $300 on an Xbox that would be a flat cost,no upgrades required. Would you $1250 PC bought 4 years ago at that price still be upto the job. If you PC was never a games machine, then it would be. It would also not have set you back over a grand (barely half that).

No it dosnt. Simple as that. It dosnt even crush MGS III FFVIII was made for the PS so if JE is comparable to that something is seriously wrong with it.

More games are sold over the holiday period. Something like 40% more or around there anyway. The majority of people dont know about the alternate ending in the game. Probably care even less and are playing something else right now. So any bad publicity is going to be confined to a small % of people. The US Xbox release would have had 3 months of sales prior to that and since thats the only one that LA felt the need to get out before Xmas, thats were most of the sales were expected to come from.
