    On my quest to replay all of the IE games and KOTOR2, NWN2, and FONV before PoE is released and patched. Baldur's Gate and IWD have been completed. Currently on BG2 and PST.

    Arguably, NWN1 was saved by the amount of modules and persistent worlds. Then WoW blew that out of the water. IMO, NWN would have been far more palatable if it allowed for full party control instead of henchmen. As it stands, it plays like an action-RPG without the benefit of action.

    I don't care about science or realism in a fantasy game where everyone uses soul magic. I do care about chainmail bikinis, golden codpieces, and boobplate though.

    It seems to me that more often than not, the PC is shoe-horned into being a passive protagonist. It would be nice to be more proactive.

    How so? For example, there are loads of politicians in the US who I do not identify with. Do you back Mayor Ford in Toronto? Everyone backs Rob Ford. Best mayor EVER.

    I don't see the point of romance without boobplate. Hell, I don't see the point of female NPCs without boobplate.

    TL;DR Wait for mods or PoE 2, which if like BG2 will include romances because modders love making them almost as much as nude mods.
