My condolences, Hurlshot We had all wished for you to lose and be spared the consequences of your mistake of running for the HOA. I understand the frustration at the non participation of people who could have voted against you. Only solution now is to become an absolute tyrant and force them to organise a rebellion and overthrow you.

I have stopped replying to the french lady since she started sending me sexy photos. I don't feel comfortable with a virtual stranger sending me photos lying in bed. Went to the dentist the day before yesterday and he checked that the cap fits. It does. Now it is getting painted.* We got delayed a bit. The dentist flooded last weekend. This I did not smile with. Him I like. *I offered to paint it myself. Some Contrast paint and a quick drybrush should do it.

When I renovated my apartment, 4 neighbours caused me problems. Three of them simply because they are evil old men. Then one of them had his apartment flood. His storage room flooded, destroying all copies of his self-published books. Then, a year or so later, the apartment of the next old &\/\/@& flooded. The whole sewer emptied out on his wooden floor. Now, the third one's apartment flooded. So did his shop on the ground floor and the basement. I have been down lately and tired. But at least this I can smile with. I did tell them that eventually they'd get what was coming for them.

We are getting old. All those new, fancy names sound so silly. -
Gaza - War does not determine who is right - only who is left

I am convinced they have a team watching movies and checking what villainous act they haven't done yet. I mean, tying people to the hood of a car was right out of MadMax 2. -

That's why they say it was a state in the middle east. I think it is more likely they own the company in Hungary. -
Watched the new Beetlejuice. Never watched the old one completely. Still could follow the movie just fine even without knowing references. Thumbs up for hanging out with a friend. Movie still wasn't my thing. Then again, only watched it to support "our girl" Ortega. Which surprised my friends who understood the concept that I do not watch things for political reasons (i.e. boycott) but never expected me to watch something they like for the same reasons

This analysis was quite good. https://youtu.be/1bvPqzsp9y0?si=xQszxQEvbhbDkcI7 tl;dw (too long; didn't watch) You don't need a lot of intelligence to guess who in Lebanon may have ordered a shipment of thousands of pagers. What you do need is a complicit state who holds the shipment at customs long enough for the Mossad to install the explosives on such a scale. -
What are you Playing Now? - Right Now at the moment edition

At first I only read this part of the post and wasn't sure if I was reading the What are you Playing Now thread or the What You've Done Today thread. -
Would someone named Eldar really pretend to be a Mon'Keigh?

We suspected that you were not Gromnir since we have never seen you refer to yourself in the plural.

Just one piece of advice: If you want to follow a specific alignment route, don't expect to find loads of chances to raise that alignment. You can skip the odd choice, but don't make a habit of it. Just don't pick heretic when you discover Foulstone and the Order of the Hammer

What are you Playing Now? - Right Now at the moment edition

Started Songs Of Conquest and am a bit disappointed with no fault of the game as such. Reviewers made it appear to be something different: As you play a song for your faction is being written based on your actions. That made it sound as if there are different actions, different outcomes woven into a soundtrack. That would have been amazing. The actuality: the little story cutscene after each mission is a bard in a tavern singing about that mission. It doesn't help that the main character in the human campaign (Song 1) is not likeable. -
