- Deadfire 12th Class: Shaman
rjshae replied to ShadowandFlame's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)Rather Chanter is. Shamans talk with spirits. I like to think of the Druid classes, as interpreted by various RPGs, to be shamans of nature spirits, or the elements. It's a nuance difference, I know.- Deadfire 12th Class: Shaman

- Polite request: better wall placement in game
rjshae replied to dukeisaac's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)You should be allowed to rotate the wall while you're moving it about with the mouse. But really it's a 'meh' for me.- Who will buy Day 1 or Pre-Purchase?
I have a three patch rule, so that'll be a "no" for me... regardless of any price discount. My reasoning: there's a time cost for dealing with major bugs, which significantly increases the effective price of a game. Still, I'm definitely interested once it reaches the îlot de stabilité.- The Funny Stuff thread

Ladies, he's available...- Opinion on the game from an old BG2 fan
rjshae replied to kreso's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)Nearing the end game I realized I didn't really care about the factions to any significant degree. I just felt a slight sympathy for the Huana and some loathing for the Principi. But none of them really drew me in and made me feel engaged or willing to be supportive. Mostly they were there for quest assignments. The main plot pretty much squashed any interest in aligning with a faction, but apparently we're supposed to do so.- The Funny Stuff thread
