Same thing just happened to me as well. Dismissing and re-adding Sagani doesn't help, neither do retraining Sagani from lvl 1. After a move order, the companion moves a very small distance (like less than a foot in in-game distance) and immediately stops. Moves normally unstealthed. (Patch is 2.01.0721)

Sure thing, still when fighting big groups of lesser enemies it'd be fun to let my dudes fire off all their (at lvl 9 numerous) per-encounter abilities by their own and watch the show without much interference.

I just reached lv9 on a new playthrough after 2.0 hit and i must say, as much as I love the new AI system this is something they should definitely address. NPC AI already knows how to use the per-rest spells, it just need to know that some of the spells can be flagged as per-encounter lategame.

B-but they are mostly... Old games. They don't sell nearly as much as new games, that's a fact! Also #5 is NEO scavenger, not what I'd call a top seller by any stretch of imagination. Let's just say that the steam numbers are more representative of the real video game market on PC.

Staggering as like 10s to 1s.

No DRM is always better than a tiny amount of DRM. A benevolent dictator is still a dictator. To many, steam DRM is actually a nice bundle of features, not a burden. The online activation thingie is completely irrelevant to me (and as I said, many others), compared to the gains.

I'd say that steam #1 is worth the first 5-10 positions of GOG, numerically speaking. The exposure they get on steam is on a whole other level.

SSD is actually very good for this kind of games, with big images/sprites/textures. I haven't properly tested it but the difference in load times i see between my setup (SSD) and many videos I see on youtube (Sensuki's for example) is staggering. It could be other parts of the hardware but I think it's mostly an HD vs SSD difference, considering that it's the most influential thing on load times.

I won't try to overpower the game content if I play with pre-made companions as they are built to have a precise "personality" stat-wise, and they are not supposed to be perfectly optimized to a specific role. If I want to tryhard and stomp the content I'll probably make a custom 6-men party.

I guess Con will be far more useful at higher difficulties (Hard-PotD), and less in lower difficulties. On normal it should be fairly dumpable(?).
