Doom 3 4xAA 8xAF: ATI=55.9FPS NV=59.4FPS Difference = 5% FEAR 4xAA 8xAF: ATI=24.0FPS NV=33.0FPS Difference = 27% Oblivion: Outdoors: ATI=14.1FPS NV=21.6FPS Difference = 35% Indoors: ATI=73.7FPS NV=91.3FPS Difference = 19% Oblivion Avg Difference = 27% Looks to me like it's around 20-25% better performance, atleast according to these figures. No where near double. <_< Still a damn good card though.

I made the mistake of giving Casavir a pile of blastglobes, because I couldn't carry them. What does he do? He throws three of them at me before I manage to get him back under control.

That was a really tough fight. I can't remember how I did it, but I think I got lucky with a couple insta-death type spells from Qara.

I had 6 thugs attack me just after I started beating up on the first group of 6. The orcs I can handle, but when you have 12 thugs attacking you and every single one of them is getting sneak attacks...

I've seen thugs, orcs and city watchmen all open doors in order to get at me. Usually they happen to arrive just in time to turn the battle against me. :angry:

NWN2 remedies this problem by having the enemies in rooms two and three come charging out towards you when they hear the fighting going on in room one. If you can't get out of combat, your character doesn't get back up.

Permadeath refers to someone not being able to ressurect a character after death. Completely different.
