Are you sure you can't save them? Or is it just that you can't save all of them? I know there has been at least once where I have missed increasing one skill on level up only to discover it at the next level.

Arg! I'm torn here. I'm playing a goody, goody paladin, but there is a certain character I really want to lay the smack down on just to teach this person a lesson. Cutscenes how you torment me!

Drunk? You? Nah! Couldn't be!

Does that door there have a coating of ice on it? We've had it snow three times so far, but nothing that even managed to cover the grass and it's been gone within a couple hours.

I would personally like for the store inventories to be cleaned up a little bit. I'd like them to be able to stack everything in the store inventories so you don't have to scroll past 20 acid flasks or 20 alchemists fire or even those 12 mundane short swords I sold to the merchant.

I'd like to say: Holy moneysink batman! I've just blown through several hundred thousand gold. Guess where it all went. I think I might have to roll up another character though. I need to start a mage so I can summon those pretty, pretty fire elementals. Just ran into my first group of them and even with the graphics turned down as far as I can the still look great. Unfortunately even with everything turned down to the minimums I'm getting for the most part single digit FPS. I'm getting on average 8 FPS indoors and 12 FPS outdoors and in any battle with spell effects (oh gawd no!) it drops down to 1-2 FPS. Even with the terrible performance I was having a great enough time that I played until 6am last night. Didn't realize what time it was till 5:30am when the local TV station came back on. " My Aasimar paladin is kicking butt and taking names right now. One on one she can slaughter just about anything that I've run into so far except for maybe an iron golem. Ran into one of those earlier. My main character was the only one who could deal enough damage to get over it's DR. The rest of the party were basically just sitting there soaking damage for my main character. Kicking even more but now that I've found a Gemsword and I must say that I really like the electricity animation on the sword. Looks really nice. Anyway, haven't had a single CTD yet. ALT-TAB works just fine here. Only problem I've had is once when I tried to start the game up and it gave me some weird error message, but the next time I started it up, it worked just fine.

Okay so it's partitioned into 5 drives? What size are they all, and which one has NWN2 on it? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I have 2 real srives parted into 5, and on E is NWN2, its 70 G, this is my biggest drive, mostly only for games, and project STARMAGE. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> So as long as you've got the free space on the E drive you shouldn't have any problem with the patch.

I only have 2GB free on my system drive however I have a good 20GB free on my D drive where I installed the game. I had no problem patching the game. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> you have a 'bit' more free space than me, look at what i wrote. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I must be mis-interpreting what you are saying in that post. What HD do you have anyway. All I seem to be getting is that you have a C drive that is 10GB that you have all your system stuff on.

Seems that Gamespy has updated their article again:

Not sure if this fixes all of them, but for those having problems with cutscenes not triggering properly (Pop for example) try again, but make sure that you have you main character selected before the cutscene triggers. I just tested it out in the and it seemed to work everytime. If I had any other character than my main selected when the screen went dark, the dialogue wouldn't trigger and I would be trapped in the area, but if my main character is selected it triggers just fine and I can now continue on. Idea taken from Hoz:here

Thank you thank you thank you!!! I can now continue on!

Same here. Haven't seen any need for a mousepad. Works just fine without it.

I just hit this point and I'm experience the same thing. After the fight the screen fades to black, but then comes back to normal. Doesn't actually do anything.

Try holding down "Z"

That was pretty neat. Loved the guy banging his head on the wall.

They aren't human. They were replaced by robotic doubles years ago.

The Habs had a good game tonight. A shutout, a powerplay goal by Koivu and two shorthanded goals.
-
That makes sense, although I'm sure there have been a couple times where it hasn't saved when traveling on the world map. Maybe I'm just imaging things though.

There is an autosave, although I'm not sure just what triggers it.

I can't think of too many areas that have large numbers of rogues in them, besides the , both of which make a lot of sense to have a bunch of sneaky people in them... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The didn't bother me too much. I was down really low on HP by the time I cleared it out, but I managed to get through it without any reloads. It was mainly the that were killing me with groups of 6 or more rogues every 30 feet. I have the same thing. Interiors, ruins or buildings, noticeably hurt my framerate. Not sure what my actual framerates are, but outdoor areas are smooth, while indoor areas have noticeable chopiness.
-
Oh you developers are funny guys. Real good sense of humour in here. I just love whoever it was that decided to put in every area.
-
Try using "Z", isntead. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Huzzah! *runs off to try this "Z" thing*

I have my first complaint about the game. TAB doesn't highlight objects anymore. You have to actually move your mouse over everything in order to figure out if you can use it.
