  1. I only have 2GB free on my system drive however I have a good 20GB free on my D drive where I installed the game. I had no problem patching the game.
  2. Seems that Gamespy has updated their article again:
  3. Not sure if this fixes all of them, but for those having problems with cutscenes not triggering properly (Pop for example) try again, but make sure that you have you main character selected before the cutscene triggers. I just tested it out in the and it seemed to work everytime. If I had any other character than my main selected when the screen went dark, the dialogue wouldn't trigger and I would be trapped in the area, but if my main character is selected it triggers just fine and I can now continue on. Idea taken from Hoz:here
  4. Thank you thank you thank you!!! I can now continue on!
  5. Same here. Haven't seen any need for a mousepad. Works just fine without it.
  6. I just hit this point and I'm experience the same thing. After the fight the screen fades to black, but then comes back to normal. Doesn't actually do anything.
  7. That was pretty neat. Loved the guy banging his head on the wall.

They aren't human. They were replaced by robotic doubles years ago.

The Habs had a good game tonight. A shutout, a powerplay goal by Koivu and two shorthanded goals.
  10. That makes sense, although I'm sure there have been a couple times where it hasn't saved when traveling on the world map. Maybe I'm just imaging things though.
  11. There is an autosave, although I'm not sure just what triggers it.
  12. I can't think of too many areas that have large numbers of rogues in them, besides the , both of which make a lot of sense to have a bunch of sneaky people in them... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The didn't bother me too much. I was down really low on HP by the time I cleared it out, but I managed to get through it without any reloads. It was mainly the that were killing me with groups of 6 or more rogues every 30 feet. I have the same thing. Interiors, ruins or buildings, noticeably hurt my framerate. Not sure what my actual framerates are, but outdoor areas are smooth, while indoor areas have noticeable chopiness.
  13. Oh you developers are funny guys. Real good sense of humour in here. I just love whoever it was that decided to put in every area.
  14. Try using "Z", isntead. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Huzzah! *runs off to try this "Z" thing*
  15. I have my first complaint about the game. TAB doesn't highlight objects anymore. You have to actually move your mouse over everything in order to figure out if you can use it.
  16. What are you trying to run it on?
  17. Mine had a map in it at one point, but then it disappeared and I can't figure out how to get it back.
  18. Well here's something for you then. Outdoor areas seem to work better than indoor areas. Although that might be because in the indoor area I had 4 light spells going at the same time, one per party member, so they were all casting light on the surroundings... It really slowed down inside the almost to the point that it was similar in performance level to Dantooine on KotOR2 with an ATI card. Beyond that it's been playable if choppy so far. Your 6600GT should beat the pants off my 9600 Pro. "
  19. I just finished a quest where that was my prize. Lucky me. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hey, don't knock it. It's saved me a couple times now.
  20. I can't remember the last time an Atari game came with a jewel case. Blame them. About the patch, I don't think it's too big, I'm just guessing that the servers are really busy right now with lots of people downloading the patch and slowing everything down. However it still takes a really long time to install once it's downloaded. Took over an hour to do both here. Can't say I've noticed any really bad VO yet, however I there hasn't been anything outstanding either. Agreed on the manual though.
  21. It took almost as long to install as it did to download for me.
  22. Wow, only took me about 5 minutes the first time and my system is below the minimum requirements...
  23. You are a little worse off than I am. I'm playing on lowish settings right now with a P4 1.7GHz, 768MB RAM and a 9600 Pro. It's slow enough that I'm noticing some stuttering, however it hasn't really diminished my enjoyment of the game so far, probably because I'm used to the stuttering from other games. If you lower everything down to the bare minimum you should be able to play the game. You may have really poor looking characters and have to run at 800x600, but I would think that you could possibly do it depending on what your tolerances are.
  24. You are right that the two hour premiere counts as two, but the episode in question is still #4. Occupation, Precipice, Exodus Pt. 1 and Exodus Pt. 2.
