  1. Pitch black darkness is something I always miss in games. It would be great if light and darkness were an integral part of the gameplay.
  2. I have a Samsung C3050 slide phone, my company's work phone is a barebones Nokia 2630, and my other company phone is a Nokia E65 which is absolutely horrible. I'll soon have yet another company phone. I think it's a nokia, as well.
  3. It should be the latter option. And no full voice overs.
  4. Play it on easy. It should be playable with your eyes closed that way.
  5. Do the real time dynamic elements of the backgrounds, like the water and the wisp's lighting make the creation of new areas a longer, harder process?
  6. My dad likes Yoko Tsuno, but I've never been a big fan of the art. Valerian is where it's at (or Laureline, rather).
  7. I have 50/5, right now.
  8. The second is much better balanced and designed, from encounter design to basic gameplay. The Legend ends up being very, very grindy and can burn you out.
  9. Start with Armored Princess.
  10. Mama. Not very good. Terribad script.
  11. In my experience you can never have too much leadership. You might reach a point where good troops are in short supply but, if that happens, it's because you haven't been able to conserve them properly.
  12. Regarding the stats and picking of equipment, there's a menu in game that tells you what each stat does. Also, on the subject of picking gear, You should really be thinking about what build you are going for from the outset. It really depends on how you play: whether you usually block or dodge, if you depend more on the special or the normal attacks, if you want to maximize criticals, and so on.
  13. Difficult? They were insane by modern standards, designed to separate you from your coins. On Wreck it Ralph, I thought it was just as good as any other recent animated movie, not better nor worse. Even my kids have already forgotten about it. Only among gamers online have I seen praise for it.
  14. I thought it failed thoroughly as an homage to arcades by making Ralph's game very easy and having the whole plot revolve around that. Fix it guy should be the one rebelling and leaving the game because of losing all the time. It could have been a much better comedy if it went that way.
  15. Basically the differences seem to be the OS, the hard drive and the screen's resolution. For the same price I'd go with the Alienware. I'd consider swapping the hdd for an ssd, though.
  16. 1080p for a 27" screen is too low. If that's your price range, I'd recommend Dell's U2412M, a 24" 16:10 IPS with 1920x1200 resolution. Or a Korean 27" or 30" from ebay, if you don't mind the risk.
  17. Except those games are what Diablo would be like with a controller, and if you put them on a PC the only sane control scheme would be Diablo's. How exactly is DS3 fundamentally different from any number of other Diablo clones? Do you honestly Diablo on consoles would play as a point and click game? Really? Yeah, no.
  18. What I meant is that DS3 isn't a game in the same subgenre as Diablo or Titan Quest or what have you. The game is a console action RPG, like Champions of Norrath or the Dark Alliance games.
  19. You can put me in line as well.
  20. For the sake of consistency, if they didn't give him an Oscar for Gilbert Grape, they shouldn't award him for anything else. Except perhaps for Calvin Candie.
  21. I hope the open world is more like Risen and Gothic than Elder Scrolls.
  22. DS3 isn't Diablo. You can't play Dungeon Siege 3 with a finger up your nose.
  23. I think you mean tentacles.
  24. You should attack the dragon as long as you can guarantee I won't die. Everyone else can jump in a lava lake, though.
