I used to mostly play MP games growing up in a pre-Hi Speed internet world. LAN Warcraft 2, Command & Conquer, Red Alert. Plus NHL, Madden, FIFA, etc., on the Sega Genesis with friends and siblings. Ironically enough, it was after the proliferation of broadband networks that I stopped playing multiplayer and I now almost exclusively play SP.

Going to take the anti-powergaming route. I'm going to play it by ear and choose party npc's as to what makes sense for my character's story arc and his objectives.

I definitely prefer the combat of Eternity to the Dragon Age and the NWN series. Still remains to be seen if it's going to be better than the IE games. Still a work in progress but a step in the right direction. Will probably improve with the XP and presumable sequels.

On the bright side, this gives me good reason to watch some classic episodes. Balance of Terror is my favorite. The Galileo 7 is the first I remember watching.

Ok. That loss put me through the wringer of the five stages. Obviously I went through denial, anger, and bargaining last night. Going through depression this morning. I'm ready to accept that the Dubs got whupped and may have been exposed. Chuck is right. The Warriors are soft and jumps shooting teams can't win the championship. DOOMED.
