As Starwars, PJ, and others have pointed out, they can't spend too much time with actual discussions -if the environment is toxic and leads to endless debate. They have people reading the forums --culling feedback, and yes responding and/or discussing when warranted, but constantly wading into the fray and debating minutae ad nauseum would not be a productive use of their time, budget, and mental health. Would we like them to interact with us more often on these forums? Absolutely. Would they like us be a little more friendlier and less toxic? Very likely. It's probably saner to be a little detached rather than get directly involved in flame wars. Hell, even Gaider quit the Bioboards. The BIO BOARDS! Josh is no dummy. He knows that whatever he posts --whether it's on twitter, his tumblr, or on SA will make its way here. But he does these on his own (personal) time and when at work, he still will post here for purposes of specific feedback or clarification.

I actually really enjoyed Marco Polo. I like the snippets of history. I like the casting of Asians in asian roles. The kung fu is pretty rad. As is Mongol horse culture. Much propage for bringing the subject matter to a whole new audience and maybe getting people interested enough to study up on it.

That party of chanters though. I've always wanted to try running with an all chanter or paladin group with all their buffs stacking on top of each other.

I believe he was referring to a pop up or icon on a companion portrait that indicates that he/she wants to chat.

Party members and controllable NPC movements behave like synchronous swimmers when given movement orders while grouped together.

Never played any of the original Bard's Tales and couldnt really get into the 2004 remake. Wasteland 2 is decent enough but I got bored with it. What makes it Kickstarter worthy for someone like me?

So, when directly asked during the Pillars of Eternity Q&A panel on PAX South 2015 whether they have additional ideas for Kickstarter, Obsidian pretty much confirmed with a resounding YES. Not that surprising, and certainly leaves me hopeful that something may be announced after Eternity's release.

They very briefly showed off three new areas: Raedric's Hold, something-something, and a level of Od Nua. Then they held the Q&A.

well, josh and tim want to. Feargus like on the history game issue is probably a lot more reserved. Well...atleast the panelists seem to be united on their stance for TB. Even Chris with his sarcasm.

They will have endgame vignettes/slides ala Fallout.

Obsidian wants to make a turn based game. Hopefully in the cards down the line.

Generally speaking, AMD chips are better than Intel chips when combining CPU with GPU. The AMD A10 in particular is quite good in this regard.

Works just fine for me. Starting an Imperial game on huge galaxy setting. I'm immediately overwhelmed with all the options. Deciding it's time again to re-read that manual after all these years. Not quite like riding a bicycle again...
